Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

The apartment is in a good location. The view from the balcony is very nice & Aree was always and very quickly accessible.

Tom and Sue are lovely hosts. We really loved their house and it is well designed. We felt private throughout our stay. They also greeted us with a cute gift for honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Best place to stay in patong

The place location is great - only 15min walking to Nai Harn beach, one of the best beaches according my personal rating. The apartment was clear, no issues with the equipment were faced. The host was friendly and ready to help or assist with your query.

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful private swimming pool that we enjoyed every day. As the icing on the cake, we even got a motorbike - ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily - so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We will definitely come back here again. Absolutely recommended!

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city .
