We booked the 1 bedroom apartment on the same day that we were meant to check in. The team was quick to get in contact with us to let us know that unfortunately the 1BD was not available for the dates we had selected and they would upgrade us to an available 2BD apartment free of charge! The apartment was very spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. The check-in/out processes were super easy because the team communicated these clearly. We only had to walk a couple of minutes to get to the beach, which was perfect. They were very quick to respond when we had questions and were always courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience!

This accommodation was the best for our family. 😄 I spent 4 days, and I didn't miss anything for 4 days. The sea and city views from the window were beautiful. The bedding was clean and the kitchen was convenient to use. This is an accommodation that you don't need to worry about.👍👍

Thương, Trang and Anh were super kind and friendly and helped me with any request i had! Best hosts in the world. The cleaning lady was also super sweet. Stayed here for 3 months and the place was amazing, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, has everything you need including a washing machine. From the beginning i felt very comfortable, very clean, the bed was comfortable, internet was very good. The view is incredible, you can't get enough of it, you get to watch the sea, mountains and Lady Buddha all the time. The location is incredible, a quick walk to a beautiful beach, a bunch of amazing local restaurants around, a quick grab to any of the busier touristy areas if you're into that. Also amazing for just walking around and exploring some local life.

Phu’s place is as described and pictured. A big well lit one bedroom apartment, great location with restaurants and bars nearby while the beach is a few min walk away. It’s clean, communication with Phu was easy and quick. The unit is situated away from the street so not much street noise get through. Thanks for the great stay.

This is my favorite Airbnb in Da Nang. It’s an easy walk to the beach and My An. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

I've visited Da Nang a few times and always choose different locations to experience more of the city. Chaca House is now one of my favorite places to stay that I will definitely return to. The hosts were super helpful and proactive about giving us ideas of things to do in the area. The room was lovely and ideal for couples looking for a spacious accommodation. And having a washer and dryer on the top floor is a major plus for travelers who need to refresh their wardrobe. There is also a fantastic chicken and rice restaurant next door that is convenient for days when you don't want to go too far for a meal. Chaca House is the perfect Airbnb for anyone who wants to feel a bit more local in Da Nang while staying in a beautifully designed space!

Beautiful home and beach with wonderful amenities. The view is breathtaking and the apartment is just a short grab ride from everything. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Vietnam.

Absolutely perfect location near the river, tons of good restaurants and spas nearby. The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. The host was simply amazing, from the fast communication to the little gifts, we appreciated everything. Highly recommended

If you tell the host about a minor problem, You responded comfortably. I don't have a lot of Airbnb experience, but it was the first time someone waited for a taxi with me and even carried my luggage on the day of checkout. The cleaning condition was also very good, and the weather was not good, but I was grateful for the message that worried about me saying that it would be difficult to go out in bad weather. If I visit again, I'd like to use it again.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. The location was great and quiet. The ac worked great. I just wish the bathrooms had fans but that was the only downside! Thao was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. I will definitely try to stay here again

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative
