House holiday rentals in Phước Mỹ

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

The whole family had a luxurious stay at a price that wasn't burdensome ~ The condition of the accommodation was really good Dyson dryer is the best +_+ Thanks to the spacious pool, we didn't know it was hard and we had fun! They also rented water supplies, so I reduced my luggage ~ If I come back, I want to use it again.

The accommodation is nice, and they clean it every day and change the towels, so it's nice. But it was a shame that there was no air conditioning in the living room.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 9 years old, a total of 6 people stayed. I arrived in Da Nang at dawn, so I stayed at the Wingk Hotel for one night and then stayed at the More Ocean Resort for 3 days the next day~~~ From the first day of check-in, the butler was so kind and attentive, and it was so nice that he took care of us meticulously and thoroughly. Thank you again. ~ ^^ We stayed at M4, but it was so convenient that Grab and delivery waited and delivered right to the front door. The main pool was a 2-minute walk, so we had a fun time playing in the pool villa and the main pool, and the chef came to prepare breakfast service in the morning, and he was kind and delicious ~ ^^ However, the only thing that was unfortunate was that the facilities were old, but 6 of us had a good time at a low price~:) Overall, if you want to be quiet, the location was good. We spent 10,000 won on a taxi to go shopping and massage from Lotte Mart in Hansaeng Market to Mike Beach every day. The distance is a little far, but if you are looking for a quiet and full bill, it is a good value for the money~ Thank you for giving me such a pleasant time.

I liked the accommodation so much that I went on the trip satisfactorily. I went with my friends, but the pool was wider and deeper than what I saw in the photos, and it was comfortable because the air conditioner and bathroom were all so good in each room. I had a good rest without any flaws. It was nice that the host was kind and communicated well. I love this place

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

Lily is very kind and very nice , she help us to call the car for one day for every where ,she make our trip be convenient ,thanks lily 👍🏻 Kim son villa is a good place ,you can swim and play football tennis ,that’s very good hahaha

This is a beautiful place to stay! The host speaks English and is friendly. The accommodation is spacious, the common area is pretty, and the play facilities are well equipped, so I like it. Since the weather in Da Nang is hot, the pool is a good temperature to enjoy both day and night!

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

The place is clean and accessible - just beside the road which makes it easy for Grab drivers to find. It has all the necessities including clothing racks that you can use to dry your wet clothes at the rooftop. La is very responsive, we had a problem with our door on our first night but they had it fixed asap even if its almost midnight already. La also sent restaurant recommendations, and even suggested itinerary for 6 days! She also helped us book private transportation to and from Hoi An, My Son, and all around Da Nang. Our family was really comfortable and had a great stay at La’s place!

Nice villa for my family (10adults and 3 kids) for our trip. Sarah is so nice and helps us a lot for planning our trip and rent the car.

Binh and Memee were the perfect hosts they gave us recommendations for all sorts of restaurants, and we’re always happy to help with any questions we had.

Loc’s place is amazing and exactly how it looks, sleek and unique. We enjoyed our three-week stay here and used every floor. :) What a treat it was to be able to stay here!

Excellent location and great place to stay! June is very responsive and also accommodating. I would highly recommend this place since it was close to everything. I would rebook if I ever visit Da Nang again!

There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen space on the 1st floor. Overall, it's clean and comfortable. It's quiet because it's a residential area nearby. It's a little unfortunate that there's no swimming pool.

The place is so clean, cozy and big for us group of 5. The caretaker is very kind and responsive also to all our questions. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect if you want to relax. If ever I am going back to Da Nang, I will surely reserve this place again.

We love Jisan’s place. He was very helpful helping us leave our luggage before our initial check in time. The location is close to everything, dragon bridge, Han market and so many shops and restaurants close by. We definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Danang. Our family have a great time in Danang.

It's a really good accommodation for a vacation with friends, the accommodation is comfortable, friendly, and the pool allows you to relax after a day or you walk a lot, the host is responsive and answers all our questions, thank you for the stay, I recommend it!

We had a very comfortable stay at the location. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Thi Thanh Thanh also arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as to other locations. Highly recommend this place.
