Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Although the room was initially a bit hot due to having only one air conditioner, and the washing machine was not functioning, the staff handled everything with exceptional professionalism. They were courteous, responsive, and genuinely attentive — promptly installing an additional AC unit and arranging a technician to fix the washing machine. Their thoughtful service made me feel well cared for throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy swimming and explore local dining options. Despite the early issues, everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would be happy to return in the future. A well-deserved 5-star experience.

My stay here exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect- I was two minutes away from the beach and there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The person the ran the apartment was very friendly, even though we had to communicate through Google Translate. The apartment was quite spacious for a studio and it was kept very clean. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

Great stay - Clara was very responsive to any issue and the receptionist was extremely helpful when I was sick - getting us medicine from the pharmacy etc. The apartment was great and it was nice to be in a quieter neighbourhood outside the centre. Only issue was a couple of power cuts which were nobody’s fault and the WiFi whilst mostly okay, did have a couple of issues for us (working remotely). But overall would recommend and love to stay again

Hai’s place is great! Nothing bad to say about the apartment per se, the only thing is that it’s a bit far from Da Nang downtown but It doesn’t really matter if you drive a motorcycle! Great to have a private place for a good price when you need a break from hostels:)

Jeongeun was amazing! We stayed for a whole month without any problems. Beautiful and stylish apartment, compact but it has everything you need for both short and longer stays. Living room is always full of sunlight with a comfy sofa and nice TV. Kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking if you don't want to step out, but there are plenty of options downstairs for takeaway/eating out. Bathroom is small but clean and the toilet is nice, shower water pressure is strong. Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy. The place is within walkable distance to the beach, eating streets and many convenient stores. Jeongeun is an incredible host, she is always responsive and helpful. She provides free weekly cleaning as we stayed for a month. The only down side is that the building elevators are often packed and slow. We would recommend walking a few steps across to Building B to take the elevators which are much faster and less crowded. Overall, amazing place, highly recommend!

This is a real gem... everyone says oh why don't you stay on the beach!... however the beach is a 6-8min trip by grab bike costing 30k. Anyway I loved this place, has a very friendly chill vibe, you couldn't get better hospitality. Rooms was perfect. Don't however expect from the pool which is probably 2.5m long 😅
