The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Sunset Holiday House

In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . Very close to the sea (250 meters), nice restaurants and luxury resorts, this is the ideal location for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. Outside the house there is a well-kept garden with barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and garden furniture. There is an access to the sea from the residence and there is also a private parking equipped of automatic gate.
