The perfect home you'd always like to find when you're traveling, but it's not always that easy... everything is new and cared for in every detail, air conditioning, mega screen in the bedroom, washing machine and kitchen equipped with everything. Top, I wish it was always like this!!

My family (there are 5 of 5 were guests of Iolanda for 3 days. The apartment is beautiful, with new furnishings, complete with everything, both wardrobes and services, dishes, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and everything you need in everyday life: bed linen and room, detergents, sponges, clothes pegs, napkins, tablecloths, coffee machine with pods and a welcome for breakfast: croissants, rusks, jams, plum cake and even milk and orange juice. You'll find salt, oil and sugar. Iolanda was helpful and welcoming. The street is noisy and the fixtures are a little dated and not very soundproof, but it was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed it here! Thank you!

Feeling at home and beyond. Casa di Mumi is not only welcoming, you can immediately breathe a familiar and relaxing air. The hosts are super friendly, sweet, and thoughtful. The house is very clean, equipped with every comfort (parking included), the location is optimal to rest by choosing between beaches and free beaches or exploring the wonderful surroundings between Costa dei Trabocchi with its cycle-pedestrian green street (below the house) and the neighboring pearls. There are great places to eat nearby... or buy delicacies to taste on the lovely balcony, to enjoy its wonderful view. We recommend at least one day to set the alarm to see the sunrise, a guaranteed show. We had a really good time and the regret when we left was too much! It's hard not to get attached... we can't wait to come back. Thank you Paola

The house seems to have been recently renovated: you enter the kitchen directly: the kitchen is new and is also complete with a dishwasher, there is a small half bathroom near the living room that leads to the sleeping area: Two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. I really liked its location in the middle of the countryside. It's a 10-minute drive to the sea or the village. It was a great experience

I must say a few absolutely positive words about this stay in the cottage. We really enjoyed it, starting with Francesca's hospitality and kindness to attention to detail. Thanks, we felt at home. We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check in was totally straightforward. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

We were looking for a house overlooking the sea and... we found it with a GREAT view. The apartment was clean and tidy. We loved the terrace for lunches and dinners with sea views. Very appreciated, given our chaotic period, the private parking. To reach the beach, very close, just cross the street. A special thank you to Urbano for anticipating the check-in time. Thanks!! We had 3 weeks at this house & loved it. Exceptionally well equipped, with views, garden access, interior & external space. Great Wi-Fi. Fantastic hosts, so rightly proud of the house. Restaurant within walkable distance, 2x towns within 5 minute drive as are a supermarket, great butchers and other small local roadside business's (fruit & veg). 10 mins from the Adriatic, & 15mins to Le Morge for wonderful sandy beaches and shallow waters. Antonio is a really fantastic host, a friend within minutes, who will do all he can to assist and recommend and really interesting to chat with. Silvana was amazingly helpful upon arrival. The garden was just coming to life we watched the colours grow almost daily, the one regret, we couldn't stay any longer to see it blossom fully, it will be beautiful, we actually extended the stay without any problems. If you're reading this, then please just book it, you will not regret doing so I am certain.
