We had a wonderful stay in Collesano, just a short drive from Cefalù. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning—surrounded by olive trees and beautiful flowers, it was the perfect place to relax. The pool and outdoor area were especially lovely and well-maintained. We were warmly welcomed by Nino, the gardener, who was incredibly kind and made us feel at home right away. All in all, a great stay—highly recommended!

Great, clean apartment in a quiet but beautiful area right on te beach. Kids loved the swimming pool, which is very well maintained.

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

We had a beautiful time in the apartment - we loved the views and the kitchen was well equipped for homemade meals! It was a shame we had to take our rubbish so far, and some surfaces in the kitchen didn’t feel clean. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

We’ve chose the home online, because the place looked beautiful, and perfect for 3 people. The surroundings were just as good, as found on the pictures. The garden is very spacious, both with the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool. This place is perfect for both trips with family or just a couple of friends. Our trip was 10/10, but our host, Andrea, made it 12/10. Not only was he a super friendly host, but also very open about local spots that are hard to find on your own, as a tourist.

Giovanni was lovely, proactive and bent over backwards to help. We had an issue with not being able to get online when we picked up our hire car. When we finally did get online we knew our arrival was going to be very late(after midnight) but Giovanni took it in his stride and was still the welcoming host when we eventually got to his villa. This was a sign of things to come, he was just brilliant! I now regard him as a friend.

This is a really special property. Ignoring the fact that access to the property could be challenging for some, the property presents as a luxurious private space that allows you to completely hideaway if you wish. It is in a nature reserve and therefore the access road cannot be modernised and this is where the potential challenge lies. Just don’t try and drive a low slung vehicle and you will be OK. In my view, if you are a reasonably confident driver, you will have no problems. Don’t let this put you off using this property. The house has everything you will need and the host provides a copious amount of welcome food. The co-host meets you at the property and provides a very warm welcome and offers clear instructions. He keeps in constant touch with you throughout your stay. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive and quick to attend to any issue that may arise. This property is highly recommended.

Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

The Villa is very beautiful and cosy, the terrace is amazing, the view is exciting. The kitchen is well equipped…. And welcome basket was so touching…:) Very good location, silence in a hidden place with wonderful views close to the beach (only 5 minutes). Margherita was online 24/7, thanks for this! Ten day stay with adult family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, and there was plenty of bathroom space. Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we've been to. Had minor electrical problem, which was quickly addressed and fixed. Maid service very nice. Quiet area, very restful. Awesome accommodations!

Thanks again for a great stay! The house was immaculately clean and lovingly furnished. The highlight was definitely the spacious garden and the pool. Even though the hosts also lived on the property, they were very discreet and we hardly noticed them. In addition, they always responded quickly and supported us with all possible bookings and recommendations. We highly recommend it!

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This vacation was pure relaxation. The view from the terrace to the pool and sea (and also from the living room with panoramic windows) is addictive! Two bathrooms was a nice surprise. Important things like supermarket, restaurants, beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car. And yes, the donkey on the neighboring property is still there and wants carrots, cucumbers and an occasional apple. The hosts are very friendly and have good tips. We would like to visit Villa Rovelle again.

We recommend this stop, close to Palermo, to the convenient and functional accommodation, for 2 couples and a 15-month-old baby, in an environment of a beautiful garden and a remarkable pool. Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We've had a lot of Airbnb stays, but this was the very best ever. As a family, we felt right at home here — and that's rare. Everything was correct: the cottage was taken care of to the last detail, fully equipped and perfectly tailored to what we needed. From check-in to checkout, everything went effortlessly, in complete privacy and with just the right balance between contact and space. The pool was lovely — a fantastic place to relax and really enjoy the outdoors. And the garden… what a work that must be to maintain, but the result is stunning. So cared for, so beautiful. It adds a lot to the peace and atmosphere of the place. Martina has thought of everything. The atmosphere, the amenities, the tranquility… It felt almost too nice to be true. We found it genuinely difficult to say good bye, and that says a lot. A place like this is rare. We will come back here with love.

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

We had a fabulous week in this peaceful and beautiful location. The house was well equipped and the pool area was very relaxing with stunning views towards Pettineo village and the hills and valley. An ideal place to enjoy the outdoors, there is an outdoor sheltered dining area and BBQ. You can walk into the village from the house where we found a lovely cafe/bar. Visited Palermo, Cefalu and The Valley of the Temples at Agrigento (allow at least 2 and a half hours to get there). You need a car to get about. Be aware of some winding roads and the track to the house and village is rough, but fine once you get used to it. Thank you Francesco, you were the perfect host!
