New bright modern apartment on the beach

A few steps from the beach and the center is the FARO DELUXE apartment on the ground floor with balcony and large veranda with pergola, it is comfortable, bright, convenient and newly built. For your relaxation on the balcony you will find comfortable armchairs, sofas and a large table with chairs. In front of the structure there is the splendid beach and the small port, the starting point for the many excursions that are organized daily. Parking is included in the reservation.

We had a truly fantastic stay at "Villa Lia" near San Vito Lo Capo! The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The absolute highlight, however, was the magnificent sea view. It was breathtaking to wake up to every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Charming house with an amazing view on San Vito Lo Capo. You really feel on vacation. Host was super helpful, and garden was amazing. A lot of taste in the way it is furnished. Couple of things to keep in mind to make your stay easier: 1) Make sure to give the number of guests to the owner and ask them to put bed sheets accross all beds in advance because even if they are 3 double beds and 2 single beds in the apartment, they only put you the sheets and towels for the number of people you booked and picked the combination of beds themselves, which means you can't choose your room if they have put sheets on certain beds and not others. But when we asked them to fix they were super helpful and put sheets everywhere. Better to communicate in advance to avoid wasting time when you arrive 2) There is a lot of mosquito in the garden at sunset which is quite normal, but don't forget to take mosquito repellent with you 3) There is no AC in the living room only fan which was ok for June

Great host! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the booking to the comunication to the checkout everything was perfect. Clean flat, everithing just 2 years old so uou could say it still new. Working jacuzzi with an amazing view. 1 min from the sea and carpark just in front. We will come again for sure in the future. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, one 7 and one 2 and there was enough space to sleep and move around.

What a gem! the renovated bungalow style apartment was absolutely stunning. we stayed for 4 days and it could have easily been a full vacation. Nicola was the perfect host. easy to reach, English speaking. organized a safety net for our daughter for the side of the bed and had a dozen of water bottles in the apartment for us so we didn't have to drive to get groceries. both bedrooms had new beds with comfortable mattresses. the whole apartment was clean and quite spacious. the kitchen is well equipped. the outside area is a great place to hang out. Under the pine trees, the stone terrace and pine needles invite to be outside barefoot enjoying the weather. a big table with an umbrella, lots of chairs, really everything you need to spend quality time. the way to the beach is a beautiful walk with a stunning view over the beach and landscape. san Vito Lo capo is a lovely place we will remember. one of the best Beaches of Europe. we are already thinking when to come back
