The apartment is located a few steps from the beach of Porto delle Genti and about 800mt from the terminal of hydrofoils/ships. The accommodation likes for the kitchen and modern interior, along with the comfort for couples, families or groups of friends up to 3 people

Holiday home located in Lipari (Aeolian Islands). The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A POOL NEARBY.

The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Facing the front yard is a wooden awning supported by Aeolian style pillars called 'pulera'. The seafront terrace overlooking the Vulcano Island is surrounded by a low-rising platform called 'bisola' delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
