Villa holiday rentals in Piazza Armerina

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Damiano et son épouse. Le jardin offre une vue sur l’Etna et la campagne environnante. La maison se situe en voiture à environ 1h de Catane et de Syracuse. La réserve naturelle de Vendicari est à 1h30. Nous recommandons ce lieu plein de charme situé à proximité de Mineo joli village typique.

Valentina was a great host and made us feel welcome right away. We found the street easily, but couldn't find the house number after driving up and down. Valentina was immediately responsive and came to greet us. The house was large and spacious. There was also a pool at the house which wasn't on the listing when we had booked it, which was a very welcome surprise! Having a separate room for our 2 year old to sleep was great and meant that the parents could stay up and enjoy the house after our daughter went to bed. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area of Sicily!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern und eine richtig schöne Unterkunft. Die Aussicht am Pool war mega und unsere Kontaktperson hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Ich kann mich nicht beschweren und empfehle diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter

The scenery around the villa is outstanding. Looking from the terrace and pool area you can see straight up and down a valley which is lined with olive trees. It really is beautiful. The villa was spacious and suited our family of 5 (including a toddler). We enjoyed the pool in the hot August weather. There was a basket of goodies for breakfast left on our arrival which was a nice touch. The whole place was very clean. From the villa you can drive to lots of bigger towns (Ragusa, Modica, Noto) and also to the beach, all within one hour. You definitely need a car for this location though.

We had a few great days at Mauro's place. The house is really big and the surrounding plot is massive. It's got a great swimming pool and a terrace for breakfast/dinner overlooking the pool with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills. The place is located on a small unpaved road but we had no problem finding it on online maps. The area is quite remote so you will need a car but the surrounding scenery is beautiful and the coastal beaches are about 30 minutes drive from the villa. We would happily recommend Mauro's place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing stay away from busy towns. Communication with Mauro was great from booking to the check out.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of four. The house is a really nice place to be - I actually think that the pictures don't do it justice! The location is very peaceful and private (just be aware that the road leading to the house is pretty rough, it might seem like you've gone the wrong way but just follow the Maps pointer!). The pool is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We were welcomed with nibbles and drinks and communication with the host was always easy and fast.

Liliana's place can only be described as perfect place to unwind and relax in true Italian style , the accomodation is very large and has lots of room for large family and has everything you could need for your stay.The kitchen is great and sitting eating in the courtyard for breakfast and dinner was very nice .The pool is amazing and great for family fun all day long and has loungers and seating .The pool was the main reason we booked and enjoy every minute of it until it was dark in the evenings. Modica is about a 15 minute drive and lovely place with many restaurants and great food and there are other small villages close by also .you will need a car as the property is remote place but with beautiful country surroundings. Liliana is an amazing woman and very friendly and a wonderful artist and always available, she came 3 times during our stay with treats and ice cream for the children and recommended places for us to visit and was a pleasure to talk and meet her . thank you so much

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

Our Stay was a 10/10. Antonio and Carmellio were amazing hosts. No matter at what time they were here to help. We really felt at home. The house was perfect for a chilled holiday for a group of friends. The kitchen is a dream for cooking for a big group, well equipped and a lot of fridges and freezer. The Conservatory is so beautiful and with a lot of love on the detail like everything in the house. The pool is amazing and really big aswell as the beautiful surrounding area. You should bring some slippers to walk on the grass around the pool because are many small wild plants to step on. The Dogs on the property were the most cutest and well mannerd dogs, we loved to have Lilly around us and she made our holiday even better. Even though we weren’t the only ones on the big property we had all the privacy we needed and nothing to worry about. Thank you for the nice holiday:)

we had 21 family members staying at this beautiful home and there was plenty of room, the house is beautiful the pictures don't do it justice. The caretaker stays on the grounds and was amazing and very helpful, we would love to stay again at some point. the house is very clean and beds are comfortable. and the owner answered all my questions right away. thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare qualche giorno in questa splendida location immersa nel verde ma comunque a 2 passi da Ragusa. Posizione ottima e tranquilla, Lucio si è confermato un host molto gentile, proattivo e disponibile. 5 stelle meritate!

The welcome from Sabrina and Mario was really attentive and friendly, the house was full of pretty little nooks including a mini terrace off from our room with a small fountain - we also loved the two impressive vase basins in the bathroom. The garden was lovely, we were able to relax under the trees and enjoy the pool. Many thanks again for being so generous and making our stay a wonderful few days. Eleanor&Sylvain

Magnifique villa, idéalement située à une vingtaine de minutes de Catane. Le logement est spacieux et bien aménagé pour les grandes familles. Les hôtes sont réactives et arrangeantes. Je recommande à 100% cette villa et espère pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois.

Die Unterkunft hält das was sie verspricht und sieht aus wie auf den Foto. Man kann sich mit allem sehr gut arrangieren. Den einzigen Makel empfinde ich, dass der Pool mit mindestens einer weiteren Unterkunft geteilt wird. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war diese zwar zunächst nicht belegt, stört die Privatsphäre bei einer Belegung, die man sich bei einem Haus mit eigenem Pool wünscht, doch sehr. Das Haus der Mutter, welche sehr freundlich ist, befindet sich ebenfalls direkt neben der eigenen Unterkunft.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and just like the photos. The gardens are incredible. The hosts were kind, responsive and had some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend having a car when staying here as it is very peaceful but as such there is little in walking distance (and I'm unsure of public transport options).

We loved our stay at Giorgiopaolo's villa! Our hosts were helpful, gracious, and generous, often dropping by with gifts of almonds or olives that they produce, much appreciated! The villa itself is stunning and seems to have been recently remodeled in the last few years so it's very up to date. The pool is spectacular, we spent so much time there and under the lovely pergola. It's very easy to relax here! There's a great supermarket 10 minutes away and you're about 30 minutes away from many of the baroque towns in the area. All are worth a visit. We would gladly return.

La villa Otiosa est magnifique, très bien décorée. Elle est si spacieuse que même à la fin de notre séjour , il nous arrivait de nous y perdre. L'environnement est très calme et la vue de l'extérieur est splendide. Nous pouvions même voir la mer de la terrasse qui donnait sur notre chambre. Le chemin pour arriver à la villa est un peu difficile. Il est donc préférable d'avoir des véhicules de type SUV. Si vous rencontrez le moindre problème, sachez qu' Emanuele est un hôte très réactif et qu'il fera tout son possible pour vous donner satisfaction. Si un jour je devais revenir sur la côte orientale de la Sicile, c'est sans hésitation que je choisirait la villa d'Emanuele.

Dette var vores andet ophold i Skønne La Pietra. Efter et fantastisk ophold sidste sommer måtte vi tilbage igen. Huset er fantastisk smukt placeret og med den skønneste udsigt og den dejligste pool. Her er fredeligt og smukt og al kontakt med de skønne værter fungerer upåklageligt. De er meget fleksible og hjælpsomme og Salvatore var så sød at komme med frisk frugt plukket på ejendommen. Der er korte køreture til smukke historiske byer og seværdigheder og lækker mad på det lokale pizzeria lige i nærheden. Havet ligger en lille times kørsel væk og strandede er både meget børnevenlige og smukke. Vi glæder os allerede til næste gang - for vi må bestemt tilbage til dette skønne sted. Tak for endnu et skønt ophold :-)

Der Aufenthalt in diesem superschönen Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, der Pool ist sauber und man kann gut schwimmen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich inmitten vieler Olivenhaine, es ist ruhig und man kann sehr schön spazierengehen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und waren immer gut erreichbar. Eine große Empfehlung von uns!

My family and I were delighted with the place. A level of comfort unusual for a country house , private and secluded but still within a short distance of fully serviced villages with supermarkets, restaurants, doctors pharmacies ,post office etc.. Lavinia was always available even if we did not needed anything else than the clear first instructions . we met the cleaning crew on our arrival and they explained everything in details. Given the chance I would return with pleasure to Villa Bibbia. It is a romantic place but also kids friendly .My grandchildren enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you ,Lavinia

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au pieds de l’Etna loin des touristes mais avec tout le confort. C’était exactement ce que nous cherchions. Ragalna est un village attachant et les commerçants accueillants. Le logement est impeccable, la piscine était salutaire en pleine chaleur d’avec des enfants. Merci pour l’accueil. J’aime a penser que nous serons amener à y revenir.
