Newly remodeled house, less than 100 meters from the beach, located in Playa Hermosa. Excellent location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Ideal for families who want to avoid using a car. The house has two floors. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a room with a futon and a desk for work. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with two 1.5-size beds and the other with two 1.5-size beds and a trundle bed.

Everything was great, Tatiana was very friendly and helpful from the moment we booked. The place is clean, true to the descriptions and photos of the listing, and very close to the main beach and downtown. In short, 100% recommended.

If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.

Our stay at Paula's house was wonderful, both for the house and the surroundings, as it had everything you need and more. The beautiful place, a beautiful view, quiet, we were amazed. Paula was very attentive, we gave a lot of data from where to buy, panoramas, excellent host. Thank you for everything, we were very happy. Super recommended

Incredible place, spacious house, well decorated and everything impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a few days. The location is very good, it is close to the beach, shopping centers and supermarket. The only issue, the heating, is set to 18 degrees, and we are asked not to change it. This was not possible, as at night it feels a little cold, a couple of times we had to turn it up a little.
