Holiday rentals with beach access in Piedmont

Emi was a gracious and attentive host and truly one of the best we’ve had. She went above and beyond by picking us up when the bus didn’t stop where expected, and personally drove us to the property. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and even more stunning than the photos suggest. It’s the perfect escape from the stress of city life. There is one restaurant and a small neighborhood market within walking distance. For guests without a car, this may be a consideration depending on your needs. A word of caution: the interior stairs can be slippery, especially when wearing socks. I unfortunately took a fall during our stay and was injured. I recommend using footwear with grip, such as water shoes, when indoors to help prevent accidents. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay, and Emi remains a 10/10 host.

Great stay at Daniela's. The view from the terrace is really amazing. Daniela is super accommodating and recommended good places that she was able to book for us. As in most seaside homes in the area, the train passes just behind the house, which is convenient for visiting the surrounding villages but causes a little noise pollution.

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. A beautiful apartment located next to the lake with stunning views. The place was pristine and we arrived to a bowl of snacks and a bottle of prosecco. The hosts were friendly and so accommodating with both check in and check out. They provided us with all the information we needed for a fantastic holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this stay!

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

We are returning guests to House of Alma, and we returned for a reason! This airbnb is a hidden gem, in the perfect location of Lake Como, ideal for reaching surrounding areas by boat, foot, car and bus letting you explore this amazing place. Sala Comacina is a quieter town away from the tourist crowds but you are never far from the action. The accommodation has everything you need (with garage if needed), giving you impeccable views of the lake (so close you can see the fish) I will miss sitting, relaxing on the balcony. Next door is a picture perfect restaurant with stunning cuisine, a must if visiting, also other great eateries in the area or close by in neighbouring towns. Great communication throughout, we were met by Anna again who is always helpful and contactable if there are any problems. Highly recommend!! Thank you Tom & Tabitha

Stunning views from our balcony and such great hosts, always responsive and allowed us to drop our bags earlier so we could enjoy our short time in Como. The apartment is located on the 5th floor right on the lake so the balcony is the perfect place for a glass of wine or a coffee. We also had a delicious pizza in a local restaurant recommended by our hosts.

Our first time in Italy, let alone Liguria, and Nervi was the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Easy train access to Genova and other towns along the coast. The home was amazing, especially the location with direct access to the sea. We alternated days of sightseeing with down time on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and lounging. Also had quick access to the Passagiata Garibaldi, a beautiful walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea. This region of Italy seems overlooked for more glamorous locales. Our drive to the Piemonte wine region (Alba) was a highlight! This home and prime location in Nervi is a must.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

The villa is a dream come true. We can not say enough good things about the beautiful location, inspiring space or friendliness of the hosts. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely cottage with private outdoor space. Host had provided us with many tips about the public transportation and the amenities in the area. Bus stops practically at the door. In short, an ideal stay where we have enjoyed ourselves.

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

What a wonderful home away from home in a fabulous spot by the seaside of Camogli. Excellent home base for walking through the natural park to Puna Chiappa, or getting up in the morning for swim before having a proper cappuccino and brioche, or taking a boat ride to San Frutuoso, and dining down by the beachside - feet in water. Perfect holiday vibes…:-)

The village was really very friendly and pleasant, peaceful, 20 minutes from the main cities to visit near Lake Como and especially peaceful and a breathtaking view from the apartment. We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!
