Cozy house with everything you need, even dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is nice and clean and big. Communication with Paola and her husband was straightforward. We were the only one missing a grill, which is not contrary to the description. But that was really the only little thing. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation!

Great location, very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was separate from the main house but very private. Easy parking on site. Lovely homemade breakfast brought to us every morning. It's a 15 min walk down to the lake but can be a steep walk back up.

We had a wonderful holiday at Orta Lake, an ideal place to unwind and enjoy in great surroundings. The welcome from the owner Signore Tarsis was very warm and friendly. We really enjoyed his prudent care and our conversations. The house fully corresponded to the listing and was a perfect hostel. We sat in the evening overlooking the impressive palazzo and the lake. This is wonderful place, when you feel like home. Beautifully designed, cozy apartment , very thought through because it’s designed for everyday living. Amazing view from the terrace on the harbor . Right below the terrace there is a station of a cable railway 🚃, which keeps quite from midnight to around 7.30 or 8 am in the morning. If you like to sleep longer and have a sensitive sleep you probably should pay attention to this - we were not bothered by this at all. I only can recommend to stay at Barbara’s place !gives a very authentic and pleasant experience :) we would come again!

This was our second stay at Rita‘s place and we were welcomed with such warmth! It was really a pleasure to stay with them, we once again had an amazing time. We will surely be back soon!

we had a great time in anita's place. we came, big group of 16 people, right after ski, and we all had great time. Before we have booked our staying, anita responded very fast and the communication was good and clear. The location is beautiful! The house is big and nice. The rooms and the showers was spacious, nice, and luxurious. The beds are very comfortable. We had such a good time there. Anita even arranged special place for us to eat all together. She is really the best, very welcoming and it was interesting to talk with her, and to share experiences. We had a great time there, i hope we will come back one day. I really recommend this place for big family/groups! U won't regret

Very beautiful guest house tucked in the hills. The private patio is serene. luscious greenery everywhere. Super quiet at night. The casa has everything you need. Sabine is very nice and provided some great restaurant recommendations. absolutely would stay again!

The property is very suitable for families. It has a lot of space outside and a large pool. Geir and Anne live right next door and were able to offer answers & help with questions and concerns.

Rare are these rentals that you can still find, where you feel both at home and at the same time welcomed as guests in the home. Il Nespolo is one of those precious finds, furnished with great care and a lot of charm, where we had all the autonomy and all the services we needed, with in addition all the attention and human warmth of Fabrizio and Isabelle. Il Nespolo is a real gem where you can feel good. We stayed 4 nights, but we could have stayed much longer, since in addition to the accommodation and its hosts, the area offers many places to visit and take your time, on foot, by bike and/or by car. Anita was an amazing host - throughout the process she was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for the wedding we were attending, she helped us to find a local taxi to get us to the venue, and was always on hand to help with suggestions for local supermarkets, restaurants etc. The villa is in a beautiful quiet location, on the top of a hill with stunning views across the valley. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the swimming pool.

Very good value for money. Easy connection to Milan ( cheap tickets ). Walking distance from the station . Giovanni wrote very clear instructions. Would recommend anytime

Everything was great, the only thing is that it is a bit far from the train station then you have to walk about 20 or 30 minutes
