Apartment located in a converted stone house in the heart of the Drôme Valley, in a quiet place. South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

Venez faire un petit voyage dans l’ambiance norvégienne, et profiter d’un bain nordique en pleine nature La cabane est situé à Piégros la Clastre, au pied des contreforts de la forêt de Saou. Admirez la vue sur la forêt, le château de Piégros, les montagnes et le ciel étoilé la nuit. Plongez vous dans un bain chaud fumant, bercé par le bruit de la forêt : les hiboux, les chevreuils… Le bain nordique n’est pas disponible en été à cause des risques d’incendie.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
