The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse.
