This 70 m2 2-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025 to offer you a cozy nest. A large balcony overlooks the Mediterranean garden, parking area and swimming pool reserved for you.

Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, chambre avec suite parentale, terrasse face à la piscine possibilité de couchage dans la pièce principale sur le canapé convertible. La première plage est située à 15 min. Des commerces sont à proximité (Intermarché, carrefour Market, Marie BLACHERE, pharmacie, laboratoire…). Possibilité de recharge voiture électrique payante.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

La Baraquette is the original house on the land, with authentic charm, bathed in morning light, it enjoys a view of the city and its port. This small independent house of 30 m2 has a shower room, toilet and a summer kitchen open to the outside. The interior decoration is created from recycled materials, it is sober and neat. Welcome to our studio located in Pignan, a small friendly village 10 minutes from Montpellier, 30 seconds from the Garrigue and 15 minutes from the sea. The studio is new (26 m2), ideal for two people, children are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet. Outside, you will find a small patio ideal for breakfast as well as access to the natural pool with shared access with the owners.
