Immersed in orange groves, the accommodation is ideal for a relaxing and regenerating vacation. A 3-minute drive from TERRANOVA beach, one of the most beautiful on the coast. Oliva is 1 km away, Valencia is 65 km away. Private kitchen, private and fenced garden, double veranda, outdoor dining area only, the pool is shared with another couple. Jacuzzi (extra). Private parking. WiFi, air conditioning. Self check-in Public transportation does not arrive. No children under 12 years of age. No pets.

Places of interest: Oliva is a town with 10 km of fine sandy beaches, some with natural dunes. The apartment is located in a villa located in a very quiet residential area close to the beaches (just under 1 km) and the village and shopping area (400m). From the terrace of the apartment located on the first floor of the villa the views are beautiful, to the pool and mountain. My accommodation is especially suitable for couples or families with a child.

Charming house near the beach, and close to Gandía and Oliva. Located in the town of Piles, just 3 minutes from the beach. This house is the perfect place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay while working remotely. Beachfront penthouse with seating for six. It has a suite with a double bed, a bathroom and a walk in closet. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and bathroom shared. We spent some fantastic days on the front line with sea view and sunrise from the bed. The terrace is dreamy both for breakfast and for reading at night listening to the sea. We didn't throw anything away from the house regarding the listing, clear information to access the house and everything you need to enjoy a few days. They also left us coffee, cookies and some welcome details =)

We absolutely loved the apartment. It had everything imaginary, to the last detail. It's like when your friends give you the keys asking to live at their place while they're away somewhere for a few days. Special thanks for he comfy mattresses and tastefully decorated interiors, which was a special bonus. Xavier and Cristina are wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend this place and will return for sure at the first opportunity.

We had a fantastic stay at Playa Miramar's house. The location is great, less than a minute's walk from the beach. The pool, although it is shared, we practically enjoyed it as private, since we barely coincided with neighbors. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting. The house was clean, well equipped, and very spacious. The evenings on the barbecue terrace were a luxury. The host was very friendly, attentive and always attentive that we were at ease. We'll definitely repeat it!
