Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pima County

This was our first AIR BNB experience. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, because we were exploring daily with family and spending time with our grand baby, but we really enjoyed spending time on the back porch, drinking coffee every morning. The back yard is beautiful, with so many different plants. We saw so many humming birds, quail, jack rabbits and even saw a road runner one day! There was a deer just beyond the fence that was having breakfast while we had breakfast and coffee. Overall, a very good experience.

This charming and cozy in-law unit attached to the main house had everything we needed for our stay. Rhyan and Nicole have thought of everything - comfortable beds, ample storage, and a basic kitchenette including a full-sized frig. The main room as well as the bedroom are generously sized, which enabled us to each have our space. This was the perfect home base for our visit to spend time with family. We would not hesitate to book here again the next time we come to Oro Valley!

I must start out with the views of the surrounding mountains when you arrive which were beautiful. I also have to mention the front and back porch areas. Very relaxing and a great place to relax and have coffee. The interior appeared to be newly renovated and was just like the pictures. Marks place had everything we were looking for especially being away from the city life though it was a quick easy drive to the city less than 10 minutes away. Marks pool was an added bonus for lounging and cooling off. This place checked all of the boxes for us and we will plan our trips with our son and granddaughter around its availability. Nancy was easy to work with and responded quickly to my question. I would definitely stay at her Casita again. It is a cute place to stay and Nancy wanted everything to be perfect. It was!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near great restaurants and local attractions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and clear instructions for everything in the home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

I loved the house. Super clean, stylish, tastefully decorated/renovated. Had everything I needed. Peaceful location, easy to park. The owners always responded immediately to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was lovely! Was perfect for us. We had our bikes and loved being so close the loop. Gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to go.. not much walking distance except barista del barrio which was great coffee spot couple doors down.. would def revisit this air bnb!

Great place! Quiet and close to the best coffee and some great restaurants! The bed was comfortable (which is not always the case at airbnbs) Lisa was there if we needed anything and the place was just like it said. Would stay again!

Everything was exactly as described. Instructions were clear and the location was withing walking distance of some interesting places. I would definitely stay there again.

Jacob’s Tucson condo is peaceful & quiet along with very warm and comfortable. It was exactly as stated on the listing. It is located in a great area and easy to get to other areas around Tucson. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Edward's place was fantastic and we really appreciated how accommodating he was, especially since we were traveling with dogs. The pups loved his place and yard! Great experience over all and we highly recommend it.

Wow, George's place is great! EXTREMELY cozy and pet-friendly! We booked our next stay before we even left. -Clear directions/ instructions. -Easy check-in/ check-out. -Private courtyard was perfect for relaxing and for our dogs. Lots of smart details, including a hose to easily rinse off any spills or pup-pee. -Home was comfortable, spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking, relaxing, sleeping. -LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Right smack dab in the middle of Tubac with easy access to shops, restaurants, and a nice walk to the golf course. -Responsive, generous host. We can't wait for our next stay!

Jojo’s place was great. I got in quite late & was exhausted. Although Jojo had sent detailed instructions regarding the key pad, I kept messing up. When I texted her at 10:30pm she was warm, friendly and showed right up to offer aid. She showed me my mistake & I was inside a second later. Her place is comfortable, fun & there’s a wonderful kitchen. Thank you Jojo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Darby's upper cabin. It is at the very end of a curvy road and so feels quite secluded, surrounded by lovely pine trees. There is a walking path a few hundred yards from the foot of the driveway. The porch (there are 2) by the entrance looks that way so all you see is forest and the occasional parked car for the trail. The cabin is cozy and rustic; somewhere you can relax and feel at home. The skylights over the bed allow you to see the stars before you sleep and provide lovely warmth in the daytime. The bed linens had a nice feel and there are masses of blankets and extra pillows. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked with all necessary kitchen implements. The couch is comfy. The windows can be opened to provide a lovely breeze throughout the entire cabin. Darby's instructions were perfectly clear. You can walk (downhill slightly) to the main street of Summerhaven and drive to the ski lift. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 4 night stay. The location was easy to find and also close proximity to things on the eastern/north eastern side of Tucson! Their home was very clean and welcoming. The outdoor patio was beautiful.

Anna was very responsive and helpful in getting my elderly mom set up with her internet tv . She came by to ensure this was done immediately. We were happy with our over all stay. Her instructions were very clear as well

Beautiful condo and views. Had everything i needed for a week-long stay. Very quiet and peaceful place. The house has a great AC and the complex pool came un perfect for the hot days. Close enough to everything I needed to do and go. But very peaceful !!! Ronald was very helpful i would stay here again in the future .

We enjoyed our stay at Martijn and Marloes’s place. The place was perfect for two people. The Hosts were very responsive and the location was close to many restaurants and not too far from downtown Tucson. We would stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Darrel's condo this weekend, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The condo itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every corner felt inviting and well thought out. What truly stood out was Darrel's responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, he was quick to reply, which made my stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a great experience did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. I can't wait to return!

My family loved staying here. The condo is located in a great spot. As far as the property, it’s clean and I can tell the host has placed their guests in mind. I will note that Ventana Canyon View seems to have an established older community of residents living there. So if you have little ones (as our family does) you may get a couple disgruntled neighbors as we did at the pool. I’d just be mindful of your littles and the residents. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend the space.
