Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Portokaliá Cottage House is located in our Valaí Organic Farm in Kala Nera, Pelion. Our home is situated 400 m from the beach in Kala Nera, where you will find cafes, restaurants and beach bars. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Το κατάλυμα μας έχει διαμορφωθεί με κατάλληλο τρόπο για να προσφέρει αξέχαστες εμπειρίες και αναμνήσεις. Αυτό που κάνει τον χώρο μας ξεχωριστό είναι η μαγευτική θέα. Επιπλέον υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε "ιδιωτική" παραλία, ενώ το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 2 στρεμμάτων με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, μπάρμπεκιου και άλλες ανέσεις. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.
