booked the place for 1 week but extended for another 2 days, the place is peaceful, nice neighborhood and there is a laundryshop, convenience store and atm machine inside the village. Aris is very responsive to any querries and will definitely book this place if ever ill be back in the area again😊

A perfect place to stay in Minglanilla that’s within a few minutes away from Gaisano Grand Mall. We liked the nice decor in the unit and balcony, which look exactly like the pictures you’ll see on here. We were provided with all of the amenities. And our host Anne was immediately responsive about any inquiries we had. Anne even provided extra garbage bags very quickly when we required more. Additionally, the unit is located in a clean and guarded town square — away from the noises of the main highway. Great restaurants, such as the Americano Grille, and a laundromat are literally a few steps away from the unit in the town square.

The house is big for 6 person and well accomodate si ms joy.. also she endorse us to the guard so we can easily get enter in the subdivision
