A perfect place for a family with children, fresh sand in the sandbox (maybe we just got lucky :⁠-⁠)), the children's room is full of toys, the children are delighted, a home trampoline, a pool with balls, children's books are also extremely interesting. Apartment on the first floor (ground floor shop, privacy preserved and we are just so that we value it very much:⁠-⁠)) in the apartment cleaning works, in the garden mowing works (very intriguing small children). Two balconies more or less to the south and west and one room glazed to the east. The kitchen is fully equipped, I don't know what it can be missing. The bathroom has everything you need (shower, large bathtub, bidet).
