It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.

Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
