The Getaway in Bourbon Country with Breakfast

Located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, but still close enough to cities. When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Eggs, bacon and biscuits provided.

Stella Airstream at Progress Park in Derby City

This gorgeous silver bullet is our Stella Airstream, lovingly named after Wally Byam's wife Stella! She is a 1983 Airstream Classic. She's loaded with all the modern amenities! Stella can sleep 6 comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds. There's a private toilet/shower with 2 add'l nearby. You'll have a kitchen & covered patio with grill & firepit. There are 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.

Historic Cabin by Bourbon Trail

Historic, unique, tasteful and serene - the Edward Tyler house, ca. 1783, is a stone cabin 20 minutes SE of Louisville on 13 acre estate. Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.

A Little Bit of Kentucky

A unique loft apartment near Louisville, Bardstown and just across the river from Indiana. This is attached to our Wedding venue for the convenience of anyone who is coming in for a wedding. It has its on separate entrance away from the venue so you wont be bothered by anyone. We are more than willing to accommodate you in any way we can. Located on the Northeast side of Louisville, The City Cottage is near the highways for quick access to destinations in and around Louisville. This newly completed space is fresh, clean and created for guests in mind. Are you a couple traveling or a business person wanting more room and comfort than a typical hotel? The City Cottage is for you! (Three night minimum during Derby time.)

My Old Kentucky Dome

An elevated camping “glamping” experience. This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Fully renovated home in the heart of Historic Middletown. Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Queen size memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms and a full-size blowup mattress can be used in the living room if needed. 3 blocks from Main Street where you will find restaurants, shopping, and antiques! 15 minutes from Churchill Downs! Less than 1 mile to Interstate 64 with a quick Uber ride to downtown, Crescent Hill, and the Highlands.

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....

On The Rocks - now with a Hot Tub!

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on a quiet country road only minutes from downtown Bardstown. Enjoy the sounds of nature on our large outdoor patio. Relax in the Hot tub after a day of touring the area or enjoy visiting with our horses who may show up at the fence for a peppermint or carrot. This house is great for family get aways or couples wanting to traveling together.
