Holiday rentals with beach access in Piran

our host was really great. he met us at our cat and walked us ro the apartment as it is in a pedestrian only zone, offered local recommendations and showed us around the room. it was smaller than expected, however it had everything you need for a short stay. great restaurants nearby as well as shopping, cafes, bike rentals, etc. everything in Pirano is within walking distance. it was quiet and private and had a very comfortable bed. we recommend!

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

Staying at this apartment was really great! Check-in is very easy and Petra was always available, responded quickly, gave us great tips for the area and welcomed us really very kindly and warmly. The location is good, quiet and you can reach everything in a few minutes' walk. The stairs to the loft bed are only really very steep and you can only heat with air conditioning, so you have to deal with it, then it works quite well. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the place to anyone!

It was a pleasure to stay at Edvard's place, extremely clean, very well located, with all you need to feel at home. Communication with host was really good. Definitively a place to return.

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

We stayed in a really cozy house. Well-organized and very clean spaces. The garden was our favorite corner: spacious, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant vacation. A stay that we gladly recommend, and that we will remember with pleasure!

A pretty little apartment just a few steps from the sea, perfect for swimming. I felt very comfortable and even spontaneously extended by 3 days. Before my arrival, I received a lot of information from the hosts, with further questions Andreja always responded quickly. Everything perfect!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambiance, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Kolumban. The garden was perfect for our kids to play in and the views were amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and we were able to completely relax. The house was comfortable, light, spacious and clean. Špela provided games for our kids to play with and gave us recommendations for the local area. Špela and Peter were friendly and kind. We recommend booking this place!

We had a great few nights here in Portoroz. The apartment was clean and lovely inside, as well as having a cute garden area too with a nice view over the bay and hillside. Vladimir was really friendly and helpful as well:) thanks for having us!

If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is the place to be. 1 minute walk to the harbor and all the restaurants, yet so quiet. Clear recommendation!

Great room, right next to the sea - Andrej was always available and gave us numerous recommendations regarding activities, restaurants, etc.

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Sandi is a great host of great kindness. We loved the very clean house, with a nice terrace and beautiful views. Very nice environment. We are delighted with our stay at Sandi's. There is a place to park the car.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming people, the place was exactly as they described it, and it was very clean. They even wrote us what to do in the area. Beautiful home, I just regret being there for such a short time. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.
