Apartment is equipped with satelite flat tv, fast wifi, air-conditioning, dishwasher and office working area if needed. Bedroom is equiped with the queen-size bed (140cm x 200 cm), closet, drawer and night light. From the bedroom there is exit to back terrace of 18m2. Entrance to the apartment(living room) is divided from enterance to the kitchen with front balcony where is dinning table, sitting bench and chairs.

Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has a balcony that is connected to the apartment. The parking in front of the house is free and spacious. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lea we have the apartment Lu that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it is possible to reserve the other one.

This new and mondern apartment is ideal for familly with kids.It is close to the most popular beach Slanica and it is 10 min walking to the center.The apartment is fully equipped(aircondition,tv,wifi and washing machine)You have also private parking in front of the house.There are two balcony.The front one wich is about 35m2 and second one small one from wich You can see the sea.There are two bedrooms,large kitchen and bathroom.

Beautiful sunset apartment right next to the sea

This place was perfect for me and my family. Two spacious bedrooms , dining room with small but all-you-need kitchen, clean bathroom, literally on the beach- everything was as is in the photos. Backyard with big parking lot that is always in shade. City center is 5 minutes walk, bakery is 2 minutes walk. I especially like all the small detalis that are very helpfull during your vacation like wifi range extender, hdmi cabel, anti-mosquito devices, ceiling lights with fans (we dont like ac, so this was perfect), cold beverage in the fridge. Host was very responsive, communication was excellent, instructions clear. We are plannig to come back next year.

I warmly recommend Martina's apartment for anybody who wants to have a great holiday close to everything but far enough to be left alone as well. Easy walking distance to the village and beaches without the crowds! My dogs had a great time in the sea and the local woods! The apartment is well equipped and in super nice condition with all fits 'n' trims! Great AirCon!! We'll be back!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der kleinen Hütte! Es war einfach zu finden und die Anweisungen haben uns sehr geholfen. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und eine tolle Aussicht. An das Duschen unter dem freien Himmel mussten wir uns gewöhnen aber es hat seinen Charme. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und es war nicht schlimm dass es keine richtigen Toiletten waren. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und zum Nationalpark Krka war es auch nicht weit.
