Apartment 'Haus Mate 2' with a private beach

We are a small family of 4 living in a 3 floor house with 7 modern, fully equipped apartments. While we rent the two upper floors, we live on the lowest floor and are always available if you need anything. We are located in the village of Pisak, a peaceful, stress-free place, made for relaxation and family vacation. We have a private beach (only for our guests and family) and with it provide natural water, showers, electricity, barbecue, pantry for beach supplies, as well as 2 berths for boats.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Pisak is a small place between Omiš and Makarska. Just 45 minutes from Split. The house is located in the first row, no houses in front, amazing view of the Adriatic sea, 30 seconds from the first beach, crystal clear sea, 5 minutes from the local grocery store, 4 minutes to the first of two restaurants and a bar. It's a beautiful place to escape from reality, but only for the fit (a lot of stairs). Outdoor shower. The house is comfortable. Quiet place, away from the main road, no car noise.

We had a great family vacation in Silvije's apartment. The balcony, right above the sea, is really fantastic. Within 1-2 minutes' walk via a private path, you are right on the beach. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures. Silvije provided us with information in advance and on site and was always available for questions. His cousin Jasna showed us the apartment. Very friendly and was always available for short-term questions. She gave us self-picked tangerines, the most delicious I have ever eaten! :) The apartment is definitely to be recommended. Many thanks to Silvije and his family!

Very nice apartment with great furniture and the balcony is very nice with great views of the sea. Absolutely recommended. Everything is just great. Beach and town directly in 1 min walk. It's a dream to be there. I will definitely book the apartment again. It's like paradise. Thank you for letting me be there.

Breathtaking sea view luxury apartment

Our vacation in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are immediately and quickly accessible on foot. They were not very frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary equipment. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures were fine at night, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom wide open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay that we can only recommend!

The place was very clean, well equipped, comfortable bixspring beds (slept very well),. In a bathroom there was little space between the toilet bowl and the sink! (I'm 195 cm tall). Great barbecue area (charcoal) with sink and fridge a great outdoor area with larger dining area, small cozy lounge and great pool area!!!. A large tree shades both the dining area and part of the pool in the afternoon so you don't run the risk of getting a sunburn during long bathing. However, if you need the sun, that's not a problem either. Due to the hillside location, all areas are connected on different levels and by stairs so that you have to walk a few steps during the day. For people with walking disabilities and toddlers rather difficult, otherwise the circulation stabilizes and trains the thighs!😉 But the view of the sea from all areas is magnificent. Location is nice and quiet and private.

Adriagate was very good to book through, everything was so easy. The airport transfer, the check in and the check out. The house - what a dream! The location, the view, the outdoor space - we loved it!! This time we stayed for five days but we will most def come back some day :)
