Beautiful apartment on the sea

The apartment is located in a lovely private residence,structure for tuna fishing in the past.The sea is 15 mt from the door,surrounded by beautiful gardens,ideal place for children because closed to traffic. The sea is full of life and amazing! There is a dock for private boats and the possibility to organize boat ride directly by the house dock. The apartment has recently been completely renovated Late arrivals will be charged EUR 20 between 8 PM and midnight, EUR 40 after 11 PM

'La Tonnara' beach house five meters from the sea

Very well located accommodation for discovering the Pelosa beach area, the city of Alghéro, and the north of the island, during the day. Close to several beaches and highly appreciated convenience. Quiet residence with direct access to a beach shared with other listings. Functional accommodation, suitable for 2 adults and 3 children, practical, with a shaded part that we regularly requested given the summer heat. Our arrival was smooth and Alessia was very responsive when we had practical questions about the place. Excellent for discovering this part of the island during the day and then settling in the shade and enjoying a quiet accommodation.

A jewel nestled in the beautiful Stintino! Very cozy, clean, well-kept apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Having the beach towels and beach umbrella available was a very appreciated plus for us who arrived by plane. Anna and Cristina were very kind; always available to clarify our questions! Diego and Adèle were very welcoming and responsive when we needed it most. The apartment is very functional and quiet. The pool is very large and not very busy. The apartment is in a great location and is next to the famous "La Pelosa" beach. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The communication with Giulia was perfect, she was always available and helpful. The apartment is located just 2 minutes from the large parking lot which is very convenient. We particularly liked the front and back terrace, which offers plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and all windows and doors are equipped with screens, which ensures a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is super friendly, and all major shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall an apartment that far exceeded our expectations!

Charming townhouse in Stintino

We had a very nice stay at Nicolò's. The apartment was super clean and very well equipped, especially the terrace was great. The only drawback was that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for four adults, as the bunk bed is more suitable for children. Communication was friendly, even though we unfortunately did not meet Nicolò in person. The location is also good, you can walk to Stintino in 10 minutes and quickly reach all beaches by car. We would come back!
