We invite you to a cozy and fully equipped house with two bedrooms, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests (with the possibility of 2 extra beds). In summer, the air conditioning will cool you down, and in winter you can enjoy the warmth and romance by the fireplace. In front of the house you will find a seating area with a grill, where you can enjoy summer evenings with family or friends. A private ball court and a children's playground are available for children and adults. And if the weather permits, you can take a ride on the river on our motor boat.

Recreationals can use our swimming pool, which is available to all residents and our family.Since we have three dogs that are very friendly to people, but react like a pack against other dogs we do not take guests with dogs. We carry children for free in a wagon towed by a quadricycle

Our house is located in the forest, close to the lake (180 m away). In the area are a couple of other cottages. It is ideal for 6 people, but also 8 can live here comfortably. The house offers ideal conditions for anglers, but also families and friends.
