very comfortable and spacious. new furniture and utensils, complete and very well preserved. very friendly and proactive condominium employees. super attentive host, kept in touch throughout the stay. single point is unfortunately time for check in is not very flexible, but understandable. The apartment and exactly as in the pictures, Fagner super attentive and Dona Fátima is not even mentioned .. a love of person.. The apartment is wonderful, super cozy, smell of cleanliness . i felt at home , bakery and market nearby, 10 minutes walk from the beach which facilitates a lot, sure to recommend it and I will come back more often.

Very cozy apartment, although small, we went as 4 people and it served us very well! The condominium is wonderful, we felt very comfortable, large pool, easy to schedule barbecue, everything perfect! We went to the beach on foot and it's not that far, we spent about 10 minutes, and it's a straight street. The apartment was very clean, and the host is attentive. I recommend it!

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it has markets and plenty of commerce. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We were able to have a BBQ and enjoy a lot. Bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it easy not to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want kitchens and wi-fi for remote work. For those who need uber, we are able to get around without problems with this type of transport. You can rent it without fear!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very hot pool with a beautiful view. Porter's very dearest. The beach has more hectic waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

It was wonderful td, we love every corner, detail, place, a great location, td mt well clean, the polite and loving mt gatekeepers, perfect td. We felt super comfortable - like at home!! We have nothing to complain about. I intend to return smp, with certainty.❤️

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (channel 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days but I think it would serve us well for longer
