There are two toilets, laundry room, sauna, bathtub and showers. There are patios with dining tables on both the front and back. Gas grill and fire pan. A trampoline and swings are next to the house as well as green areas, Luleå's best playground is only 100 meters away. Walking to the center of town takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Simple but nice cottage, equipped with what you need. The patio is generously sized for nice days and evenings outdoors. Walking distance to Piteå beach, one of Sweden's largest tourist facilities with adventure pools, children's activities, afterbeach, bars, restaurants as well as entertainment and events.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Relax with the whole family or as a solo traveler in this peaceful home "Gummans". "Gummans" is located in a scenic area with open fields and cows that graze. "Gummans" is only a 15-minute drive from Kallax airport. Bus to Luleå from E4 (1.3 km from "Gummans"), fewer on weekends than weekdays. 5 km to shops. Excellent hiking trails in summer and ski trails in winter in the village. Ralph Lundstensgården with fantastic food and coffee, is located in central Ersnäs.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
