Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Noble apartment with plenty of space. Within a new development with sea view in the second row. Villas around it are still being completed, but also look unfinished chic because of the natural stone. Good beds! Quiet area. Everything available for self-catering: kitchen large and perfect. Elisabeth takes excellent care of the property and the guests. Restaurants and location within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

A nice place for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The cottage has everything you'll need, near the beach surrounded by rugged mountains. The road to it is just a challenge, especially because it is almost unpaved and very steep. Bring plenty of food, you don't easily drive over the mountain for shopping. There is a mini market for the most important things in the village and a cafe with a limited map, but good food. Communication with Giorgos went well and on arrival there were nice things waiting for us. We haven't seen much of the family. Many houses in the village only seemed inhabited on weekends.

Kostas is really a super nice and helpful host. He informed us in advance about the current road conditions and was always open to any question in general. The place was super clean and was cleaned every day on request. Everything really super clean and super organized. Can only recommend it!

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! Lovely apartment villa, walking distance from the beach. Well furnished and very clean. The hosts where always really responsive and on hand. We where travelling with a baby and the place had a cot and high chair. The pool was lovely although due to the time of year we didn't use it that often. Lovely sundeck to sit on and look at the Seaview. Also equipped with beach umbrella and mats which is really useful! Close to the amenities that Kalamaki offers - supermarket, restaurants etc. but is a slightly quieter area, which was nice.

Good communication before and during our stay. Warm welcome in a lovely place, very friendly and caring host. We had two amazing days me and my wife. I recommend it!

This place is IMMACULATE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is so lovely and the balcony view is stunning! We enjoy sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The location is perfect, it’s 5 min walking distance from the Lion Fountain Square where they have the best bougatsa at Kirkor!!! There is a pay parking right across the street. We are definitely coming back! Hosts are amazing and responsive! We already miss Crete!

The photos do not do this beautiful place justice. The flowers and greens are so bright, and you have a view of mountains and the sea. Tina is incredibly kind and accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. She sent me home with some wonderful herbs from her garden - they smell amazing! She also treated me to some homemade Cretan cake she baked at the start of my trip. As a solo traveller, this was incredibly special and I am so grateful to her. Driving around the area is fantastic with so many beaches and hikes in the surrounding area. The space is very clean and comfortable! I hope to one day return.

We can recommend the accommodation 100%, the location was perfect, there is nothing to beat in terms of cleanliness, every 2 days it was cleaned and the towels changed. Above all, the loving little things and gestures (such as wine to greet you and the folding of the sheets) make this accommodation something incomparable! Then there is the fact that there is cheese, yogurt, etc. from our own production... simply awesome! We will be HAPPY to come back!

The place was conveniently located in walking distance from the port of entry for the ferries and about 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport. It was close to great restaurants and the waterfront and the main shopping areas are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. It was easy for tours to pick us up 2 to 3 minutes walk from the place. Are a host or extremely helpful very responsive on all communications all through the process in the checkout. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Crete.

Chrysa is a very friendly and helpful host. She answered all our questions very fast. The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

The space was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We especially loved the large deck—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or dining outdoors. The location is great, with a wonderful bakery and market just a short walk away. You’ll need a car to explore the town and surrounding area, but everything is within a short, easy drive. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, sharing great tips and insights about the area. They also took the time to share aspects of the local culture, which made our stay feel even more special. We were lucky to be in Rethymno over Easter—it was an unforgettable experience!
