Cosy studio on traditional Durham street

Just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and within easy reach to all of Durham City, this studio offers guests a flexible space while visiting the area. The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

The living room/dining room/kitchen have an airy open aspect with far reaching views and are not overlooked. The house is an upside down one with the living area/dining room/kitchen and bathroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONE BEDROOM WITH A STANDARD DOUBLE BED. There is a fairly narrow carport, (8 feet 8 inches wide), a small front garden and a small private seating area at the rear. There is double glazing throughout and gas central heating.
