Kelly has put so many thoughtful touches into her place. We felt welcomed and at home right away. Things were clean, well stocked, and in good working order. She thought of everything we might need! Would totally stay there again. The river view as pictured is completely accurate, but in my mind it was be right on the river and my kids would be able to fish. That was my fault because it clearly stated river views, not located right on the river, but we were a little sad about that. It was my fault, and nothing to do with the listing, though! But I just wanted to clarify in case it helps someone else! Also it would be great for a family with small children because you get the amazing views without having to worry about your kids getting into the water accidentally :) Great stay at an amazing location and property!

Marc and his lovely family are an amazing host, super friendly, helpful and generous. The place is just beautiful, once in the house one doesn't want to get out but once you step out and see the surrounding farm and mountains you just stand and admire the view. Our boys enjoyed the horse riding. this is one of our best rentals ever, the only downside is that we've booked it for one night. We should have stayed for longer. Thank you Marc and Tercia

If I could give this host 100 stars, I would!! The house was amazingly beautiful and in such a serene location. We saw so much wildlife right in the backyard, which made for lots of photo opportunities! Mike deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, quail, and even farm animals in close proximity. This house is historic and has so much character and charm. The creek runs just in front, and was soothing to listen to. We enjoyed it immensely, and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this host and property!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Bonita cabin in Garden Valley! It was cutely decorated and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals including all spices and coffee pods for the AM! We loved the thoughtful touches like the selection of movies and games for relaxing evenings. Plus, it’s just a short drive/or walk to Terrace Lakes Resort where we enjoyed swimming and a great lunch. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods! The home is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you could need while away from home—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of games and toys to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor space was a highlight, especially the sasquatch-themed fire pit—such a fun and cozy touch! We loved spotting local wildlife, including elk, deer, birds, and even a family of foxes. The location is fantastic—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to hot springs, restaurants, and a grocery store. The people in town were warm and welcoming, which made the whole trip even better. We’ll definitely be back!
