Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

Mon appartement a été entièrement rénové début 2023! Je vous propose de séjourner dans un studio refait avec goût pour vos prochaines vacances dans le sud, à Port Grimaud. Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

Appartement calme de 50 m2 situé au coeur du vieux village de Bormes les Mimosas, à 2,7 km des plages. Entièrement rénové en 2019 accueille 4 personnes. Il comporte 1 chambre, 1 chambre-Salon, un salon, un patio et un espace cuisine, une salle de bains. Une voûte du XII donne accès sur un patio extérieur privé de 15 m2 équipé d'un autre espace de douche (avec eau chaude)
