Δίχωρο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα στη Μύρινα της Λήμνου. Αποτελείται από ενιαίο σαλόνι και κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της Μύρινας. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ, αλλά και αξιοθέατα της Λήμνου, όπως παραλία, αρχαιολογικό μουσείο και η κεντρική αγορά του νησιού.
