A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Come and enjoy a sublime setting with beautiful hikes from the accommodation, and the possibility depending on the season, if luck is with you, to hear or even observe the magnificent deer slab from the refuge! You can also explore the surroundings, up to Die and its Clairette, or the extraordinary perched synclinal of Saoû!
