Sehr schönes, helles, geräumiges Appartement. Gute Lage: Nur 10 Min. Gehzeit zum Strand von Katelios mit vielen guten Restaurants. Der Strand dort, mittelmäßig. Sehr gute, kilometerlange Strände mit Sand sind in Skala, ca 7 km entfernt. Eine Bäckerei mit Cafe direkt unter dem Appartement- Gelegenheit für ein super Frühstück. 2 Restaurants ganz in der Nähe: das urige Jerry`s gleich daneben und 200 m oberhalb das Persa`s ( Reservieren! ). Nick war ein sehr sympatischer Gastgeber- immer erreichbar. Sein Appartment ist in der Nacht, bis Mitternacht, zeitweise etwas laut wegen der Straße zum Meer und nach Skala. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen und heruntergelassenen Jalousien wieder ruhig. Mit der Klimaanlage dann kein Problem. Das Appartement kann man empfehlen.

Makis was an absolute Superstar of a host! He even picked us up at the airport when we arrived and left 2 bottles of water and a lovely bottle of Greek wine in the fridge for our arrival. The Veranda suite is immaculate and Makis has thought about every level of detail. It is single handedly the best air B&B we have stayed at. The property is spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully designed. The balcony is massive and has a hot tub with the most stunning views over the bay. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and spacious. The property is located in a very peaceful location and it’s a lovely 10/15 min walk along the shore front into the main square (€7 for a taxi back at the end of the evening). We are already planning to come back next year as we had such a brilliant time!

Villa set in Stunning setting. Very precarious drive to villa. When asked for specific directions and address I did not hear from the host until we arrived at the airport, which was , for me a little frustrating as I like to plan ahead. The host met us at a petrol station near the villa which was fine but I wanted to know this was the plan before hand. Villa was very clean, minimal furniture and barely enough cooking Utensils/cutlery Definitely need a car to access bars , restaurants and beaches. It was very peaceful but I did not know that the villa is infact attached to another , this is still being finished off BUT when it’s occupied it will not have the peace and tranquility you expect . Check before you book to see if you’ll have neighbours. Cleaner didn’t come until day 5 , not enough when you toilet bins need emptying. The pool said it was heated but definitely was not, very cold . Dont leave any doors open as you will be overrun with cats.

Zoe’s Suite is perfect for a couple! It has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, aircon, king size bed, luxurious shower room - and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all else, it has the most stunning sea views that we enjoyed looking out at all throughout the day, from the moment we woke up in bed to when we had our meals outside. The villa is situated in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets, the main town of Argostoli, and most importantly one of the best sandy beaches in Kefalonia (Makris Gialos)! The village of Lakithra is peaceful and quaint, with a few restaurants, a bar and a delicious pastry shop (Antonis) down the road that you have to try for traditional delicious pastries/cakes. All interactions with Clayde, Panagis and Nancy from HostingMe were great - prompt, friendly, accommodating! We really can’t recommend Zoe’s Suite enough, you’ll love your stay!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'appartamento, il patio è davvero molto curato e con vista mare. È situato in una zona molto tranquilla dell'isola, ideale per chi ama la pace, ma da cui con 20 minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere numerose spiagge bellissime. Pavlos e la sua famiglia ci hanno coccolati e fatti sentire come a casa nostra. Se dovessimo decidere di tornare a Kefalonia torneremo sicuramente a Dina's House.

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Sotiria and her husband are the most kind-hearted and welcoming hosts we’ve ever met! From the moment we arrived—greeted with local honey, olive oil, and wine—they made us feel like family. The cabin is tucked away in a serene part of Kefalonia, surrounded by wild horses, beautiful greenery, and friendly neighbors. Sotiria even treated us to fresh veggies from her garden, so we were well-fed throughout! The apartment is newly renovated and set in a lush garden with olive trees and outdoor tables, perfect for al fresco meals. It’s close to stunning beaches like Koroni, as well as a secluded one down a cliff—a bit tricky to access, but worth it. We had the beach to ourselves! For a peaceful retreat, this is the place. No noise, no traffic-just nature. Sotiria went above and beyond, offering thoughtful advice and car journeys - we felt so cared for. We couldn’t have asked for more and would return in a heartbeat—just the two of us, enjoying the calm, with horses wandering nearby.

From the moment we were met by Paraskevas until we bid a sad farewell, we felt very much at home in this exceptional villa - the perfect place in which to unwind, with comfortable beds, breathtaking views, and so many extra touches provided by our generous host, who takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. Everything was spotlessly clean, even better than promised in the photos, and the welcome selection of food and drink left in the fridge kept us going for most of our stay. The villa is situated in such a quiet, peaceful spot, and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the incredibly beautiful verandah and pool area. However, this is a great base from which to explore the whole island, and is close to supermarkets and excellent restaurants in Katelios and Lourdas Beach. Paraskevas looked after us so well, providing useful tips about the best places to visit. At the end of the week we were left with some wonderful memories and a feeling that we can’t wait to return.
