Apartment holiday rentals in Platja de Bellreguard

We were two couples, the apartment was perfect, just like in the photos, a 10-minute walk to the promenade and the beach. A very quiet residential complex and very good parking. The host Javier was always attentive to our needs and recommended many places to go. I will definitely be back!

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

We had a great stay, great view and peaceful place. Need a car to get around. Pool is perfect and apartment is very well equipped.

Victoria and Daniel could not have been more attentive, warm and friendly. Their willingness to help was just so amazing!! Their response to our messages was immediate. They treated us more like family from the time we arrived - and even before that by insisting they meet us at the bus station and dropping us off at the end of our stay. Be in no doubt, Victoria and Daniel deserve more stars than we are able to give them.

Great apartment with a view of the sea and exciting rocks. The host's reaction is always quick. Great snorkeling opportunity. Restaurants within walking distance. Denia can be reached in about 10 min. Very nice!! great.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.

Thanks to Antonio for this listing! He welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything clearly. The beach is 100 meters away, you only have to cross the dune. The water is warm, and it's easy to find space to fit your parasol. The pool is very large, and not very busy, it's very pleasant after a day at the beach. The residence is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean and functional. Air conditioning is a plus for a month of August in Oliva. Parking and the adjoining room are also welcome to park the car and store beach gear. We had a great time, and recommend this rental!

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

The apartment is in a great area near the beach and harbor, with many dining options. We went in a time of little tourism so it was not difficult to park but in high season it may be very crowded. Total continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signature of contract showing total legality. The flat is old but with everything necessary for a family. They are vacation areas where prices are rising a lot.

Elvis was a fabulous super host. We were late arriving due to a traffic accident on the Granvia, and he obliged us with late check in and complimentary drinks at the local Bar. His apartment was spotless and close to restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Wonderful stay. Would love to return.

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace has enchanted us every day! Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. Hosts were really nice. Felt like it was a very reasonable price for the location. Beach is right there! Access to a nice pool. Place is clean, lots of natural light, and furniture comfortable. We enjoyed very much.

The perfect place to disconnect with the family. The house is as shown in the listing, and the pools are spectacular, so you don't go out all day! Yes, you need the car for everything, but both the beach and the shops of interest are 10 minutes away. We would definitely repeat!
