Coco’s apartment is lovely, light & roomy and even better than the photos. Everything we needed was provided yet the apartment is free of clutter. Beds very comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Coco has been friendly helpful & responsive throughout our stay. We stayed for a month and loved the apartment and Poblenou.

Marc is a very nice host. Provided two minibikes witch was perfect for sightseeing. Very good foodshop just nearby. Bus stop just outside the building. A lot of resturants 5 min walk. Flat roomy and nice,well cleaned, all stuff you need for cooking. We stayed one month. Jonas and Gerd Sweden

I recently stayed at this gem of a place close to both the festival grounds and the ocean, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Whether you're in town for music, art, or just soaking up the sun, this spot puts you right where you want to be. The biggest highlight is location. Just a short walk from the Primavera festival - no need to worry about parking or rideshares - and the ocean was only minutes away. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong. The neighborhood was lively but not noisy, with cafes and local shops nearby. I felt safe walking around, even at night. You could really feel the energy of the festival while still having a peaceful retreat to come back.
