Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Platja de Llevant

This is a beautiful apartment suitable for 4 people. The location is absolutely perfect and has a lovely balcony with a gorgeous view on to the street and of the Torres de Serranos. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our only problem was that there was only one set of keys and for four of us this was problematic especially as the key is also used to power the electrics. However we communicated this to the company and they managed to get us a second key by the third day.

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

We were basically very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is a bit impractical without a car and bicycles, but we rented bicycles, which is generally very possible in Valencia. With bicycles, it is about 15 minutes to the center and 10 minutes to the beach. However, the residents of the surrounding apartment sometimes act as if they do not want tourists with them. The accommodation is very clean and the landlord is friendly. Now to the things we imagined a little differently: unfortunately there was only one pot and one large and one very small pan, which was a bit impractical for cooking. We also thought from the pictures that the apartment had two rooms, but it's only one room.

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

Both Tono and her home were incredible. She was so kind to us, and her place was so cute. Very well decorated with so many cool vintage items, and the location was super convenient. I could even imagine myself living there. If you’re planning on staying in Valencia, this is the spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Iris’s place. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. The flat is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and actually exceeded our expectations. The shower was one of the best we've ever experienced. It’s also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Just a note — don’t set your expectations too high for the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, plus a small supermarket conveniently located just across the street. Everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a Valenbisi station nearby for easy access to the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Excellent location, right next to bike rental business, and city is very bikeable. Windows are excellent and drown out almost all of the noise from being in center of city.

This property exceeded our expectations. Centrally located close to shops, cafes and historical sites. A beautiful apartment full of light and colour. Jaime went above and beyond in terms of providing recommendations for us and ongoing communication to ensure an amazing stay! We would not hesitate to return!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

Fernando's accommodation is super cozy! We spent a weekend and very comfortable! The accommodation is very close to the beach and has many services nearby. It's just like the photos, the comfortable beds, with everything you need to feel at home. The host from minute one responded very quickly and gave many details or tips on what to do. He sent us an extensive list of restaurants, bars, things to do in the area! 10 out of 10! Thank you very much!

it didn't feel like a vacation apartment, but like your own home. In all my years of staying in apartments, I have never seen such a well-equipped accommodation, including everything related to cleanliness or basic necessities. Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom, but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was okay for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruit and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

Spacious, quiet, clean apartment with everything you need and close to the historic center. Lots of great local food options in the neighborhood. Apartment is very quiet and I slept great. We were very happy with everything and Hernan is a great , responsive, friendly host.

From arrival to departure, our stay at Pilar's was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short break in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. You can get everywhere on foot in a short time, and it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. Perfect location, close by metro to get into the city center and the apartment was really lovely. Clean, well-stocked with welcome drinks and bites, etc. Highly recommended!

The flat was super nice, looked even better than in the pictures - it has everything you might need, even for a longer stay. Very comfy beds. It is a five-minute walk to the beach and has many direct transport options to anywhere else in Valencia. It is surrounded by cute restaurants and bars. Rosa, who welcomed us, is super nice and helpful, with tons of recommendations and very open to any of your questions. Valencia is super bike-friendly city and there are several bike rental options near the flat. Would definitely recommend this place! ✨

Fantastic place in old-town, right near the River/Park. Maybe a 15-minute walk to the central market. Windows in both front and back which means nice breeze, and a tiny balcony with enough room to sit outside. And A/C for the times it is too hot. Decor is just like the pictures. Jose is one of the most helpful hosts I've dealt with.
