Apartamento a 100 metros de la playa cerca de supermercados y bares, rodeado de todos los servicios. Moncofar un pueblo de costa con todos los servicios para vivir todo el año , ven a disfrutar el mediterráneo. Ideal para pareja ya que dispone de habitación y un sofá cama muy cómodo en el comedor. Terraza con sofás y mesa. La cocina equipada completamente, soy amante del café por lo cual en casa encontrarás diferentes cafeteras, así como tostadora, microondas... Ven y disfruta del mediterráneo.

Casa Margarita - sea breeze apartment.

Casa Margarita is your ideal vacation on the first line of the Moncofa coast! New accommodation in a modern building with all the amenities (large terrace with sea view, air conditioning, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, living room, bathroom). The house is located on the promenade in the very center of Grao, but the apartment has access to another street, so the bedrooms are quiet and cool in summer. Shops, restaurants, tourist office just around the corner.

The flat it’s located in a 13 store building with elevator. It’s a residential area walking distance from Ruzafa neighbourhood. About 10 minutes. The area has free parking on the street.
