The location was amazing. Beautiful view from the apartment. Clean apartment. Sergio had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat on the island.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We absolutely adored this property. So close to the water which is perfect for family! Bonus it has private parking. I don’t feel photos do the space justice. Our only fault is it’s a shower hose not head which made bathing children difficult, in addition to very limited cooking utensils. The restaurants are so so and we were keen to cook at home but made do with an absolutely divine setting!

We had a wonderful time in Peguera. It is a beautiful property. It is pleasantly quiet around the house. We enjoyed the roof terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. We also bathed in the pool almost every day. The sea and the shops in Peguera are within walking distance. We loved that a lot was provided in the kitchen, such as first drinks, capsules for the coffee machine or vinegar and oil. There were also accessories for the beach, such as sand toys or parasols. Our three-year-old daughter also liked the accommodation very much. Antonia was very helpful and friendly. I can absolutely recommend Jaume's accommodation.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The only note is that the bedrooms get a lot of light in the morning (through spaces in the blinds), which may be an issue for some guests. On the positive side, it was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the morning sun and enjoy the view below.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is not a house, this is a home. We loved everything about it. stunning views, very quiet location. and the stand up paddle boards plus boat and bycicles were just perfect. We are def. coming back!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

Great flat. Walking distance to beach, grocery store, resteraunts, and much more. Patio area was nice for having meals. Well equipped kitchen. Host was responsive.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

We were warmly welcomed. A very helpful lady lives on the upper floor of the accommodation. There are several shopping facilities 5 minutes from the accommodation, which are super easy to reach with an Uber. For waste disposal, there is a large trash can on the opposite side of the accommodation. The accommodation has another seating area that is not shown in the photos. The bay for swimming is beautiful, always relatively empty and only 1 minute from the accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for partying and listening to loud music. Because you should be considerate of the neighbors and the lady upstairs. We had the case that after the third day no hot water was available to us, just tell the lady upstairs and the problem is solved. If you also need peace and a retreat, I can only recommend this accommodation!

The best view we’ve ever had! A lovely stay, we would recommend this place.

I absolutely loved my stay. It was everything I needed… a quiet place right by the sea where I would swim daily and paddle board. A great space for anyone who’s active but also an artist/ writer. The town is so lovely and ebbs and flows with story. I even extended my stay I loved it so much. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in a stunning location.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.
