It is located on the edge of the "Lido", which runs along the bay, on the 5th floor facing South/West with the sun from noon until evening. From the terrace the view is exceptional facing the sea. Passionate about decoration, we offer you a bohemian chic atmosphere with all the luxury to feel at home. Two palm-lined swimming pools are available in the residence.

View from terrace is spectacular, since there is no obstacle between the apartment and sea. From the terrace , Medes Islands, across the bay, as well as all of the Roses bay are visible. To go and swim, one only needs to get down into the small cove in front of the apartment. 10' away walking, there is a supermarket and a restaurant.
