The villa is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the city center, shops, restaurants and evening bar. You'll love my place because of the comfort (new bedding), the great sea view, the quiet environment, fully equipped gym (professional appliances), and the great heated pool. My place is good for couples, friends, and families (with kids). It's perfect. It has everything. An 8-minute walk to Cala Canyelles, the best in Rosas, and 3 km from the center. Luxurious neighborhood. Parking for 1 car. Quality WiFi. Large pool. Terrace for 4 people to eat well. Large common area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove and a washing machine.
