Holiday rentals with beach access in Platja de Xeraco

Prachtig huis waar we hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en de mooie inrichting. We vonden de verschillende terrassen bij het zwembad en bij het huis heel fijn en sfeervol ingericht. We misten een gootsteen stopper en een parasol bij het zwembad. Dit werd meteen geregeld toen we hiernaar vroegen. Heel fijn. Het uitzicht bij het huis net als de omgeving is echt prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen. We komen graag een keer terug.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

El alojamiento está genial, muy limpio y en una zona estupenda. Maite me recibió en el apartamento y nos permitió entrar antes de la hora establecida. Es una anfitriona de 10, pendiente de que estuviésemos cómodos y no nos faltara de nada. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Das Haus von Antonio ist wirklich wunderschön. Was uns unglaublich gut gefallen hat, ist die sehr gute Ausstattung an Gartenmöbel! Überall war eine Möglichkeit zum sitzen und wenn es unten zu heiß ist, kann man auf der Dachterrasse wo immer eine Luft vom Meer kommt. Weiter war der Grundausstattung mehr als vorhanden. z. B. Küchengeräte und -Gewürze, genügend Handtücher, verschiedene Putzmittel etc. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, war die Reinigung der Toilette und das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht ganz sauber aber das kann passieren und da wir da kein großes Problem daraus machen, war das in Handumdrehen auch wieder geregelt. Wir werden es sicher weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!!!

We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Un séjour vraiment très agréable chez Elia ! Une vue incroyable sur la mer et la piscine chaque matin pendant le petit déjeuner. Nous avons profité du lieu du matin au soir, et du soir au matin, avec une mer chaude et un soleil toujours au rendez-vous. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé : serviettes de douche et de plage, parasol, chaises, ballon de volley… tout est prévu ! L’emplacement est idéal, aussi bien pour randonner en montagne – où de magnifiques cascades nous attendaient – que pour visiter Valence, à seulement 45 minutes, une ville qui vaut vraiment le détour. Sans oublier l'Albufera à découvrir absolument en barque ! Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement. Elia est très réactive et très attentionnée. Merci beaucoup ! Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
