Can Lou, a detached house, has a private garage located and is in a private and gated residential complex. The house's layout includes three floors; it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Access to the terrace, the living room, and kitchen are on the third floor. Disfruta de las maravillosas vistas que ofrece nuestro apartamento recién reformado a escasos 10 metros de la playa. Es de estilo moderno con colores cálidos y relajantes. Dispone de 3 habitaciones, todas ellas con terraza y muy luminosas. Cuenta con dos baños completos, WIFI, una increible piscina con vistas al mar, aparcamiento dentro del recinto, padel, tenis, club social y parque para niños.

A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

It has an elevator, double garage space (except July and August), and can accommodate 5 people. Ideal for a nice vacation with family and friends.

First of all, thank Cristina for her kindness and sympathy, quick, simple and pleasant communication and thank you very much for the breakfast, the little ones were delighted. The apartment: everything is super clean, everything is well cared for and in good condition, every detail is neat and it is decorated with very good taste. An important point is the excellent mattresses and pillows, you will sleep better than in a hotel, really. A great success. The location: unbeatable on the beach, perfect beach to go with children, with places to eat, super close. Don't hesitate to go, you'll have a great time.

Mari Carmen is a very reliable host. The reception was also great. We rent apartments more often for a short stay. What was especially nice is that the mattresses and pillows were fine on length with good hardness. The apartment also has a good location with a direct access to the boulevard. The possibility to store the car in a locked garage box is really a plus. Our conclusion is that it is definitely recommended to rent this apartment from Mari Carmen. Repeatable!

The hosts of this stay were incredibly kind and generous and helpful in their communication and recommendations. Staying here in the middle of June we had access to beautiful sunny beach views. One thing to note is that this is perfect for a quiet and slow vacation stay, as it is further away from the main city centre of Valencia. All in all, the place was lovely and clean and matches the descriptions exactly. We are very happy with our stay here!
