Precioso estudio en primera linea de playa, un cuarto piso; a 20 minutos de Valencia, con buena conexión en autobús y a 3 minutos andando de El Perelló, donde encontrarás todos los servicios: supermercado, pastelerias, restaurantes,etc. Totalmente equipado, ya que es nuestro hogar en verano, para una tranquila estancia frente al mar y disfrutar del amacecer, junto al parque natural de la Albufera. Entrada FLEXIBLE! no tiene porque ser a las 15h, puede ser a la hora que mejor os venga ;-)

Everything as shown! If you want peace, quiet and relaxation with nice kitchen, grill and nice restaurants within 20 to 40 min, this is a GREAT place. The views are beautiful 24/7 & responsive host. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Jose was very welcoming. We stayed for 2 months to explore the area. It was a lovely stay and everything was very new and clean. It had the basics for cleaning and ofcourse we had to get cleaning things as 2 months of cleaning products are not expected but there was enough to start us off (cloth, sponge, ect). Towels provided as well as bedding and a spare duvet and bedsheet. The terrace is nice and has sun half the day it is also a nice size. We had no complaints. The TV is on wheels which was really handy and worked well with the space. Everything worked well, aircon, wifi, all appliances. Jose was very responsive but also never troubled us with anything and we felt comfortable and at home.

Our stay at JuanAn and Silvia’s place was wonderful, the apartment looks exactly like the photos and what we found during our check-in was even more than what we expected. They have put something to eat and to drink for the breakfast and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much we will book again at their place as soon as we can come back!

appartement correspondant aux descriptif, très bien équipé et spacieux, ainsi que très propre. nous remercions encore nos hôtes à travers ce message de leur attention particulière à notre bien être, ainsi qu'à leurs indications. à réserver sans hésiter. l'appartement se situe vraiment à 500m du front de mer ainsi qu'à 2 min en voiture du front de mer avec ttes commodités. leur emplacement est à souligner car à 35 min en voiture du centre de Valence tout en ayant le calme du parc naturel qui se trouve juste à côté. encore merci et certainement à très bientôt

Eine traumhafte Wohnung für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Tolle Terrasse mit sensationellem Blick, die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Ana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. 100 Prozent Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.
