Appartement très proche d’une grande plage. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants à proximité, l’appartement est plaisant et bien équipé avec deux terrasses.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Mi familia y yo nos hemos sentido como en casa. Salva siempre ha estado pendiente de si necesitabamos algo y facilitarnos las cosas. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa.

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und absolut glücklich so eine schöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Ich hätte am liebsten den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumt und gemütlich. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte zum kochen etwas besser sein. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Un apartamento precioso En primera línea de dos playas, una de arena fina y otra de piedras Zona muy tranquila Esta a 10 km más o menos del centro de Denia pero si tienes coche es un acierto alquilar esta casa La casa está al detalle Urbanización con pista de Padel y piscina Garaje con acceso directo a la vivienda Patricia fue quien nos dio las llaves y es un verdadero encanto Repetiría sin duda Nos ha encantado

Para mí ha sido una estancia muy buena en todos los sentidos . El mar está en frente y la casa esta muy bien y es un entorno muy típico valenciano , que quien sepa valorar pues le va a encantar . Es una zona tranquila pero tiene todo muy cerca . Y se puede ir en cualquier época del año . Quedan pocos lugares como ese . Yo considero que es una zona con una serie de privilegios que no se encuentran en otros lugares .

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

La anfitriona Sara, muy atenta enseguida contesta, la mujer que te recibe para entrar a la casa (Mariona) muy maja y servicial. La ubicación de la casa muy buena puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio que quieras visitar, las vistas super bonitas, la casa muy grande y no le falta detalle, la recomiendo. Hemos estado este fin de semana y como en casa. Un detalle a tener en cuenta tiene cochera pero la entrada es un poco estrecha pero se agradece que la tenga.

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

tranquilad absoluta, buenas vistas. casa pequeñita pero acogedora te sientes como en casa.

Es ist eine nette kleine Unterkunft am Rande von Dénia. Man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto beim nächsten Lidl und consum, aber auch noch ein Stück später am Hafen. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit und steil. Aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe am Haus, kein Verkehr und auch eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Das Grundstück ist groß, so dass sich die kleinen austoben können. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind auch einwandfrei. Unschlagbar ist die Aufteilung. Es gibt eine Hauptwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Nebenwohnung die ebenfalls über ein separates Bad verfügt. Einfach genial. Für uns war es prima! In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ggf sogar Schachteln, um übriges Essen aufzubewahren. Brauchten wir nicht, war aber vorhanden und das war klasse. Viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Eines war nicht ganz so gut, aber nicht schlimm. Nur ein Messer war scharf. Zum schneiden von Tomaten etwas ungeschickt aber dafür hab ich dann die Steakmesser genutzt. :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Remedios was very friendly and accommodating. I just loved the house, it's quirky and spacious and has marvellous views. The bedroom we stayed in is nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of spices, oil etc. The village is beautiful and peaceful and there's a number of walks you can do from your doorstep. I'd recommend getting your groceries before arriving. You can park right in front of the house, but the streets are very narrow. So if you're not that confident, you can leave the car along the main road. I would highly recommend staying a few days at Remedios'. It was a great experience for us.

What an incredible time we had! This house is just perfect if you want to connect with nature and feel at peace in your surroundings. The house was very well decorated and very clean and had everything we wanted and more! The table tennis provided a very welcomed entertainment in the evening. Waking up every morning to watch the sun come out was just magical and then jumping in the sea just unbeatable. Thank you Isabel for a wonderful stay. We will be back! ❤️

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Tina et Roger sont adorables, le logement est parfait. Avec une boîte à clefs et une place de parking juste devant la terrasse. Extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout. Il est autant reposant que bien placé et proche (en voiture) de nombreux sites touristiques. L’accès à la piscine est un réel plus car elle est tranquille et la vue est imprenable. Nous reviendrons 🙏 Merci pour tout

La anfitriona fue muy amable y generosa. Estuvo atenta cuando la necesitamos. Nos sentimos como en casa. La casa tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung für 8 Leute. Wenn 2 Leute auf der Couch schlafen wollen, könnten auch kurzzeitig 10 dort üernachten. 2 Toiletten und Badezimmer. Grill und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Dazu die exzellente Lage: Meerblick, aber es sind weniger als 5 Minuten von Wohnungstür bis zum Meer, und das auch nur, weil der Strand so groß ist. Die 12 Etage ermöglicht einen Traumhaften Blick, wir sind meistens die Treppen gelaufen, war kein Problem. Dazu Gandi: Perfekt gepflegter Strand, überall Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen, die Altstadt ist ebenfalls schön und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ausreichend (Auto ist dennoch für längere Strecken empfehlenswert).

Si pudiera ponerle 10 estrellas, le pondría 10. Hemos estado súper a gusto. Desde luego, uno de los mejores Airbnbs en Javea. El piso está impoluto. Fuimos una familia de tres. Es ideal para una familia. La cocina está muy bien equipada y se puede cocinar sin problemas. El baño es fantástico con una ducha enorme. Está muy bien climatizado. El piso está bien ubicado. A unos 20 minutos andando del puerto. Tiene un Mercadona a dos minutos. Es un ático, por lo cual disfrutas de unas vistas al mar y unos amaneceres preciosos por la mañana desde la preciosa terraza. Está decorado con mucho gusto. Te da la sensación de estar cómodo Como en casa. Y el bloque de pisos en sí está muy bien cuidado. Un plus grande es que tiene parking. Desde luego de los mejores pisos que hemos alquilado. Volveremos seguro!!!!!

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

Apartamento tal como se refleja en el anuncio, amplio, limpio y luminoso. Y frio, a pesar de que ya hacía bastante calor, no tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado ningún día. Bonita terraza con vistas al mar. Parking comunitario con plaza propia, urbanización con piscina, a 3 minutos a pie de la playa. Supermercados a 5 minutos en coche. Hay 2 super que abren los domingos aunque no sea temporada alta. La anfitriona Nuria, y Maite quien fue quien nos recibió, fueron muy amables en todo momento. Fácil proceso de llegada y de salida. Al llegar había en la casa, azúcar, agua, jabón, papel de cocina etc etc cosas útiles para el primer día de estancia. Apartamento totalmente recomendado.

Wij hadden het geluk om een maand in dit appartement te verblijven. Het is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een lang verblijf, er is zelfs genoeg opbergruimte. Het is modern ingericht en alles ziet er nieuw en schoon uit. Het is nog beter dan op de foto’s. De ligging is perfect; heel dichtbij de zee, restaurants en winkels. Er zijn genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en er is een afgesloten parkeergarage. Wij verbleven in de winter en hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het heerlijk is ! Amparo was zeer vriendelijk. Zij gaf ons tips over de omgeving en wij mochten uitchecken wanneer dit voor ons uitkwam. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor alles ! Wij zijn van Jávea gaan houden 😁.
