Ubicación es excelente, dentro de un hotel con seguridad y hermosa vista. Limpieza impecable, acceso fácil, cocineta bien equipada, refrigerador funcional 24/7, aire acondicionado y baño muy limpio. Julio y Aileen son anfitriones súper atentos. Las rutas pasan justo afuera y los tours te recogen ahí mismo. No es un resort, pero cumple más que bien. Único detalle: cuidado al entrar/salir de la tina-regadera por la altura. Aún así, ¡todo fue perfecto! ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! Súper recomendado, 5 stars!! Muchas gracias por todo, 100% recomendable, lugar, anfitrión, estancia, todo!

Tuvimos una gran estancia en el alojamiento de Saúl, el lugar es muy tranquilo, cómodo, seguro y la descripción/fotos del lugar coinciden exactamente a lo que mencionan. Saúl y Giovanni nos recibieron con un detalle que nos gustó mucho y eso nos hizo sentir como en casa, lo valoramos gratamente. Sin duda regresaremos, excelentes anfitriones.

Simplemente espectacular. Había leído un comentario negativo que me hizo dudar, pero decidí rentar por la ubicación, el precio y las fotos... y qué bueno que lo hice!!!. El dpto. está impecable, huele delicioso, está decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y relajado. La limpieza es de 10: todo estaba brillante, los colchones están impecables y comodísimos, y el lugar es tan tranquilo que no se escucha absolutamente nada. Dormí como nunca, la habitación tiene una televisión enorme con acceso a varias app un plus total. El baño está hermoso, huele riquísimo y cada detalle está cuidado con cariño. La cocina está súper equipada, además, al llegar había bebidas de cortesía: un lindo detalle que se agradece muchísimo. Natty es un encanto se ocupa de que pases una estadía inolvidable. La verdad me arrepiento de no haberme quedado mas noches. Lo super recomiendo, no se dejen llevar por el mal comentario, NO refleja nada lo que es este lugar!!!

La estancia fue maravillosa, mi hijo estaba muy contento, todo está súper limpio Y Gianella siempre estuvo al pendiente, me contestaba muy rápido, tuvo muy buena atención Las recomendaciones fueron buenisimas! Definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí

This place looked exactly like the pictures and it has beautiful views. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The rooftop also has a great view of the city. The place was clean and easy to find. I would stay here again!!

This was a beautiful apartment in a good location. The only caveat that I have for others is that the outside noise can be overwhelming for some as it is on a main road. This is out of the owner's control. Other than that, it was a really nice apartment to stay at and very comfortable.

My family and I loved this place so peaceful no one bothering in anyway the rooftop pool amazing the times we were there it was empty, also ale made our stay so easy she help us get a rental car and the rental please were able to dropped off at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and helpful so don’t doubt about this place everything is like the pictures show you, you will love it

Great relaxing spot overlooking the lagoon side. Close to the ferry and a nice public beach. Has all the little things you need in the kitchen. Great AC and if you don't want to use the AC the large sliding doors on both ends of unit provide a cross breeze. Very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of some locations. I am ready to go back.

Man! I can’t even explain how amazing this this place was! The view! The area, the peaceful atmosphere and having the beach right there in the back yard was incredible! I highly recommend this place and I definitely will be back! The Host was very attentive and helpful! Thank you for an amazing experience!

El alojamiento estuvo perfecto, tal cual las fotos, limpio, agua caliente, camas súper cómodas, la vista frente al mar, despertar con el sonido de las olas, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo y a la vez muy tranquilo. Se los recomiendo totalmente. Hicimos muy buena elección al seleccionar este alojamiento… No lo duden!!

Great alternative to staying at a resort or hotel. Felt more private yet still close to all the beaches and restaurants. Our host was great and the property manager Heinz was even better! He sent TONS of recommendations and answer any quedar had almost immediately. The place itself was cozy, well furnished. Our only feedback is that the bathroom is a little snug. Nothing that would deter me from staying here again but if you are a larger individual, the bathroom will feel very snug. We loved this location and hope to stay here again soon!

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento en Cancún. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Realmente hermoso el departamento de Juan, iba con mi familia y a todos nos encantó, todo muy bonito, limpieza y muy bien equipado, pero sobre todo, la vista al mar. Acceso a la playa y también a las albercas. Es un ambiente familiar y de mucha tranquilidad, ampliamente lo recomiendo y fmmdefinitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Paulina’s place was excellent. Absolutely recommend. It’s had everything we needed and more. Went down for a dental tourism (5th time) and this is easily the best place we stayed. It was super quiet, perfect location, security and customer service was outstanding. 5 out of 5 recommend!!
