Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este alojamiento en Cancún. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, siempre pendiente de cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El lugar está hermoso, muy bien cuidado y decorado con mucho gusto. Cada detalle del alojamiento hace que te sientas como en casa. El condominio es un espacio muy agradable para estar, con un ambiente tranquilo y seguro que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo de nuestros días en Cancún. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión excepcional. Súper mega recomendado , es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar tienes acceso a alberca playa privada y de las mejores, acceso a restaurante y desayuno buffete, al salir caminas 10 min al Chedraui y es un trayecto que se disfruta mucho al caminar , es el lugar ideal si vas en familia zona súper segura en plena Zona hotelera y playa súper bonita y azul no caminas más de 50 pasos de la alberca a la playa . Los mejores anfitriones, súper atentos y confiables incluso me ayudaron con mi transporte de regreso, el lugar impecable , cuenta con aire acondicionado Tvs de súper buen tamaño camas súper cómodas, si estás leyendo esto reserva con ellos son los mejores no por nada es mi segunda ocasión reservando y te ahorras gastos extra de estar moviéndote a playas aquí lo tienes todo.

El lugar es ideal para una estadía en Cancún si no quieres quedarte en la zona hotelera. Es transitable, fácil de llegar y hay muchas cosas a su alrededor. La la piscina y el gym en el último piso top, top. Nos gustó mucho!

We had a great time staying at Yadira Andrea’s Airbnb! We loved the decor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to see the fireworks from the Hotel Zone. The mall was right next door to the apartment building. It’s a prime location. We were able to take walks and enjoy a nice meal nearby or just shop. Thank you Diana for being attentive and making sure we were great throughout our stay.

Un alojamiento excelente, en una buena ubicación y sector tranquilo. El departamento muy amplio, aseado y con todas las comodidades para estar allí. Además, destaco la buena disposición, atenciones y trato de Pedro Pablo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Cancún, será nuestro alojamiento nuevamente. Muy agradecida y feliz con nuestras estancia.

Marcella's/Lidia's studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I on a girls vacation and their communication was on point (they reached out early, very responsive). It was lovely that we got to utilize the amenities of the resort including 3 pools, beach access, daily towels, activities. [Note that you cannot order drinks/food from any bar/restaurant on site - you could pay for the all inclusive day pass but I don't recommend it, so many cool local spots to check out.] We bought our own drinks and could drink them anywhere; there was a portable cooler in the studio. The maid comes 2x/week. If you plan on eating in the room at all, I would recommend buying a sponge/dish soap. Would be nice to have a dish towel to dry utensils as well, but this is obvious a very small thing that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again; it felt both secluded and easily accessible (there is a mall right across the street with a grocery store and shopping - truly a 3 minute walk)!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Pasamos una estadía muy tranquila en el departamento, estaba remodelado y muy buen cuidado. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, y cuenta con estacionamiento por si rentas auto para movilizarte por la ciudad. Siempre tuvimos respuestas rapidas del host cuando se necesitó. Lo recomendamos y sin duda volveríamos a alquilarlo!

The apartment was beautiful. The amenities were fantastic. The host was very responsive. The building was very clean and the security was great. It was in the central of the City so everything was really close by. I enjoyed the neighborhood, the locals, and all the available amenities - including shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and grocery store really close. The building had a great swimming pool, a fantastic gym to work out in, it was on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the city & the lagoons nearby, and it was generally comfortable overall. My only concern was the hot water only seemed to work for a minute or two, then, I would have to shut off the shower, wait another minute to turn it back on & keep doing this until the end of the cycle of the water. It was very annoying. Also, there was re-modeling being done on the apartment above, so the construction noise was really loud in the daytime. The host was very sympathetic & tried to help, but could not do anything.

Muy bien ubicada la casa en zona privada y tranquila, en cuanto llegamos todo limpio y Eli nos dejó las instrucciones claras para el acceso. Me alojé con mis padres y les encantó el lugar, comentaron que la próxima vez que vengan quieren volver a quedarse aquí mismo, había tiendas de conveniencia y locales a poca distancia caminando, no era necesario el uso del coche.

El lugar es un sueño, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Cancún, donde se pueden ver los colores más bonitos del mar!! La casa está súper niceeee, las vistas son espectaculares, ves todo el tiempo el mar Caribe, además las habitaciones muy cómodas para descansar, los baños súper elegantes y todo sumamente amplio. La zona de la alberca también está genial para nadar, lo recomiendo ampliamente !!!

Excelente alojamiento, el lugar es muy tranquilo y con bonitas amenidades. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento en todo momento, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveríamos alojarnos.

The location of the house is primo! We found the family environment safe and a perfect way to experience the island culture. We will definitely visit again!
